I spoke to the SVC guys today. They have changed the products they were using before. They are using better ones now, hence the price has gone up.

They have done an excellent job on the bike. The bike feels smoother and the exhaust note feels better as well.

No idea Karthik. Even I was surprised when I got my bike. Benelli, must have got some special concession during the approval

With my bike, I had high beam focus issue and was the first to report this and at that juncture, there was no solution. But now, as per my knowledge, service center have the fix as they fixed this glitch on mine and others too.

I was about to ask that here. SVC in Bangalore forces you to use Motul v7100. I wanted to know which oil is used by SVCs in Pune, Mumbai & Chennai. Not sure if we have users from other places here !

Please let me know if anybody using puncture protection sealant (TPS)? Looks like my rear tyre is losing pressure in very short intervals. SVC guy told me, there will be shortage of at least 2kms in mileage if we add TPS. please confirm.

I have an issue with my bike. If I lift both hands from the handle bar, bike is pulling towards the right side. Bangalore service center guys are clueless about fixing this issue. I believe someone here had the same issue.

Please suggest what could be wrong so that during my next visit I can suggest SVC guys.
