Re: Benelli TNT 300 Ownership Experience
Well I went one better and bought a Kawasaki itself because of the same issue you mentioned, and even got a very sweet deal on it...Originally posted by Kaushik Iyer View PostWell I always had a soft spot for Binelli (owning a bicycle cousin "Cinelli" :P) and always think about upgrading to either a 300 or 600 after the Conti-GT in a year or so
. But the real world maintenance looks huge! Considering the engines are similar to older Yamaha ones I don't think it should demand such frequent oil changes every 4k kms!
I'm now starting to think if I should look at Kawasaki or Honda as upgrades since adding up overall costs it's rounding up to higher capacity bikes from these stables. Lets hope by the time I'm in line for upgrading these kinks are ironed out.

Re: Benelli TNT 300 Ownership Experience
Guys my friend owns this beast. He had clocked almost 8000kms already in 4 months.
The rear foot legs don't function as it should, it gets stuck as the springs had worn off. The paint in the area where the boot ankle comes in to contact is starting to wear off as well. These are major quality issues according to me cuz my cbr 250r is 80k kms old and there is even no sign of them yet.
He had changed his rear suspension on warranty due to broken oil seal already. The bassy note of the engine is not as good as was when it was new.
Is any one else facing these quality issues?
Sorry if you feel I'm nitpicking.Last edited by sman999; 10-18-2016, 11:21 PM.Ride Safe!

Re: Benelli TNT 300 Ownership Experience
Not sure if they are the same. If someone can share the image of the TNT 25 pads, I can comment.Originally posted by ROHAN SPEEDOFREAK SHARMA View PostHello, does anyone here have in knowledge if the brake pads of 300 and 250 (front ) are same? Your brake pads last for how much time and whats the cost?
Life of brake pad depends mainly on riding style and conditions in which u ride.
For Me :
Rear Brake Pads : Lasted me 8000 kms. I changed my 2nd set at 16000 kms. So for me both times it lasted me 8k kms.
Front Brake Pads : Still doing fine at 16000 kms. I might change it as 20000 kms.

Re: Benelli TNT 300 Ownership Experience
Thats impressive for the price they come at . My rear pads are gone and front brake pads are at 30-40% on 4500kms . They cost 4000 rs each ! I drive normally with mild boosts but still 😔Originally posted by brokenbinil View PostNot sure if they are the same. If someone can share the image of the TNT 25 pads, I can comment.

Re: Benelli TNT 300 Ownership Experience
250 and 600 use the same brake pads and hence it costed the same for both.Originally posted by ROHAN SPEEDOFREAK SHARMA View PostHello, does anyone here have in knowledge if the brake pads of 300 and 250 (front ) are same? Your brake pads last for how much time and whats the cost?
For the 300, it used to cost 700, yes 700.
Now they have increased it by 600% to 4250.
As Binil stated, it depends on riding style. Its better to sweat than to bleed...
