Hello all, as I had already mentioned about my handlebar wobbling over high speed maneuvering and someone had mentioned that it is because of my rim bent, but now I found out that the wobbling is not side by side but it is “back and forth” and I can also feel some jerking while applying brake. Can someone help me out with this issue???

It will work. But you will not be needing this much of sealant. Buy a small tube of 25g in a nearby hardware or spare parts shop and will cost around Rs.50. The o ring seal seems to be fine. clean the area well and the seal seating area should be smooth, apply the sealant around the o ring seal and O ring seal seating area in the case. Tighten the nut. Leakage will certainly be fixed.

Always use the factory recommended Motul 7100 10W50 100% synthetic oil. If it is hard to find try any genuine 100% synthetic engine oil of same 10W50 grade. The least is 10W40 synthetic. A strict no for ordinary mineral oil even if it is MA2. This is a high performance engine. You don't know when you will hit the high rpm on the road and regular mineral oil don't withstand it. Don't compromise on engine oil if you expect performance and longer engine life.

No Mate. This is car engine specific. Not for motorbikes. Look for MA or MA2 motorcycle specific 100% synthetic. Reason is cars don't have wet clutch and have friction modifiers, if the same is used in motorbikes that has wet clutch it will slip and reduce engine performance and clutch life.

It might be a leakage from crank shaft seal. Outer O Ring seal may be OK. You need to take out the magneto cover, take out the magneto. Then you will be able to see the seal. If the oil is coming from the thread that you are showing in the picture, already some portion of the cover is filled with oil from bottom (coils are already dipped in oil). When engine is running, it is getting sprayed all over and coming out of the thread.
The whole area is supposed to be dry.

If it is back and forth ... the stem nut may be loose. Have you checked that ?

I had checked the handlebar stem nut with a local mechanic, he confirms that it got loose and thus causes the wobbling, He tightened it a little and now I'm not feeling any jerking while braking, but need to check for wobbling during high speed, planed to take it to MMRT this week as a occasional perfomance check, thanks to Binill for the suggestion, I will post my experience with the BEAST on track soon...!!!

There should be one allen screw / bolt where I have marked in red. If u have it. U just need to insert it and tighten it. If the bolt is missing, it probably fell off. Just find it in a local hardware store and fix a matching one.

@Binil, Am looking for a paddock stand for the TNT 300 and G A auto accessories have recommended your name (For validation)

In amazon they are selling the paddock stand for 4k while they offered me to sell it for 3.5k if I place the order directly (Transfer money). Just wanted to know if you know the place and if they are reliable enough to send them the money before receiving it.

                        Thanks in advance

Yes, you can get them.... We had ordered some 20 pieces in one lot. Many more after that for Bangalore Benelli owners.
We had done a bank transfer. Because we took in bulk, it was 2900 including deliver. So the price he is asking is ligit. My stand has been lying around in the rain sun and dust as I have an open garage. It's still rock solid.

I belive that the bolt is still there in the place but the Gear Shift pedal lever slips out as it got weared due to friction, the bolt usually fits inbetween the two projectile space which makes it easy to rotate. In your case the projectiles got woren hence it slips from the bolt. just remove the bolt and cover the lever space with thread and reinstall the lever this might works well.
