        That's a good juggad ...

Prices might be different between both places due to tax differences ... I am not sure about this. I can check once I'm back in Bangalore. Will be back by next weekend.

Guys, I am getting an issue right now. My FI gives more sound like radiator fan, I can hear it clearly during ideal and slow maneuvering. Is there any chance of being my FI nozzle got blocked by impurities??

                  Hello Folks !!!

So the long awaited day arrived yesterday, where i got my TNT300 delivered. The process was quick and soothing, the loan paper works were done within few minutes and entire available staff gathered and celebrated the departing benelli from the showroom by blowing '3' candles and cutting a cake ! What a lovely gesture that was.

Frame sliders and mirrors were installed just before the delivery, in and around 45 minutes of the T3 was out from showroom and maneuvering through the lanes of Surat.

Before i left the showroom, i was given quick notes about the bike safety features like side stand engine shut down, the abs functioning and instructions about lights. The main technician explained me about the warranty and servicing policies. And surprisingly.. when asked upon engine running period, he mentioned there's nothing like that.. and i can keep running bike at varying rpm, while one of the senior member from the team suggested not to do heavy revving till first service.
I went home straightaway, put the bike and got myself a nice LS2 stream helmet.

I took it out for couple of rides since then, and here are few points from the experience..

                  - I got the bike with 0 KMS on ODO
                  - As read and known in almost every case, the gears are bit harder at this moment.
                  - The handling and front seemed heavy initial.. but it catches up with the use.
                  - When idle or in gravel, you do realize how heavy this bike is.. Its shit heavy
                  - Last night, i also got a chance to cruise the bike on a highway with heavy wind flow.. and as expected bike eases through the heavy winds flawlessly.
                  - Engine temperatures was around 70-75 most of the time during night ride, while it tumbled around 80-85 during daytime while easing through the roads.. but the temperature did went above 90 during traffic hold ups and it did felt hot between legs for sometime.
                  - Having clocked over 100 KMS already by evening, i am falling in love with every passing mile and feeling happy about choosing T3 over rest.
                  - Vibrations were almost negligible.. Though i've only touched max 110 kmph and went upto max 6-7k RPM

Apart from these, i would also like to mention below points..

                  - I didn't find the mirrors that good for my use, would rather opt for another set of mirrors sometime around soon. (suggest me a better option if anyone has known any)
                  - The clutch assembly went loose this noon after riding bike for few kms (because of vibrations). Having getting it looked upon at Service Centre, they found that because of ABS switch fitment, there was a little gap that remained between the clamp, and hence they technician juggaded it with a small packing and told me that he'll replace the abs switch during first service.

Rest all experience was superb !

                    Congratulations

Regarding running in period, follow the instructions given in the owner's manual. Do not ride in a constant speed for a long time. Ride normally (not too slow, not too speed). Do not cross 6000 RPM till at least 1000 Kms.

Hello guys need some info about warranty of T300.
It says either within 4months or 4000kms the service should be done if not warranty will be void.

So let's say for some reason I don't use the bike for 3months and I only ran 1000kms. So should I still get the bike serviced within 4months even though the bike ran very few kms??

It's the same for all manufacturers. Either the number of kms or no. Of months, which ever is earlier. So if u have ran only 1000kms but have completed 4 months, yes it needs to be serviced to keep warranty active. Se way if u have done 4000kms in one month, you still need to get it serviced.

                            Thanks for the response binil.
Is DSK very struck with these warranty norms or is there some leniency.

Like let's say I'm on a tour and no option to service and I am past 4000 kms interval and reached 4500 kms.

Will the warranty still get void??

Honestly, this depends on your relationship with the svc guys... Slight miss here n there should be fine.
