Before attaching the new tyre pics..
Sorry for that..
Here are the new tyre pics..
BTW, I believe you may have underestimated the braking prowess of RTR's (if we're to go by the existing 160 s and 180s). RTRs have one of the best bite and braking feedback at the front, by opting for that zapper on the front, you might have lost a fair amount of braking power at the front end. Since the messeter's are claimed to be of soft compound and that Zapper is not, hence my POV above.
Anyway, ride safe and enjoy your RTR.
Cheers

Re: TVS Apache RTR 200 4V
Guys my bike has completed third service in mid feb. Post that did a 800 kms ride.
Post the ride, the visor assembly which was a week old, started rattling and off late bike feels more harsh in 2nd and 3rd gear with a jerk when you close the throttle. Took it to ASC. They put a rubber insert for the visor assembly, so that issue got resolved and lubed the chain saying the harshness maybe due to tight chain. But bike still feels the same.. any pointers?

Re: TVS Apache RTR 200 4V
Issues are part and parcel of life. All bikes have issues. This bike doesn't have any major issue. Just small niggles which can be sorted out properly if you get a perfectly knowledgeable mechanic and the main problem is to find that mechanic. So don't worry too much you will never regret this bike. EnjoyOriginally posted by ALI.R View PostIt seems a new issue is cropping up every day with the bike here in the forum. It does scare/concern me as I only recently booked one myself.
Hope I don't regret my decision 😨

Totally agreed. Go ahead with the bike, and search for good svc in your area.Originally posted by rakowli View PostIssues are part and parcel of life. All bikes have issues. It's better to go for Pirelli tyre variant of the bike.

I booked the red Pirelli version itself. Hopefully, it'll be a wonderful ownership experience like you guys predict!Originally posted by Nitish Singla View PostTotally agreed. Go ahead with the bike, and search for good svc in your area.

Thanks!
I was spoilt by the hassle free nature of the old FZ I owned for four years. Sadly it crashed bad and despite a total overhaul, it was never the same again. Therefore sold it and went for the Apache.
