rakowli how is the seat comfort at 16k km. have you done any modifications?

Yes I know if I also complain again they will clean it and the problem will be sorted out only to reappear after some days again. But they don't have any permenant solution. I want something permanent.
Seat comfort is not problem even after 16k kms. Really comfortable ride on this bike. Enjoying it. No modifications done.

I think the company is not going to launch RTR200 WITH ABS , earlier news was it may come in the month of July but July has gone and now no new news about it . What is difference in working of bike with carburetor and with FI version.

Both FI and carb work on the same principle. The only advantage here is FI uses computer to control the fueling more precisely, meaning it can alter the volume and density of the fuel fed to the engine based on the riding conditions, altitude, et cetera. A carburettor is a basic fuel feed system, that feeds almost a single pattern of fuel no matter here or in moon which would mean, fuel efficiency and power is reduced depending on the conditions. Fuel injection feeds more precise amount of fuel depending on the need and is also very fuel efficient and throttle response is crisp owning to perfect fuel feed.

Oh and of course you can't ride any IC engine in moon as there is no air;

That jerk that you feel at the clutch lever when throttle is opened suddenly, where you feel the cable/lever is suddenly tightened is due to loose clutch cable adjusters and excessive clutch slack. Get your clutch cable slack adjusted both at the end lever and the adjuster near the clutch cover, and you should be fine.

Cheers!

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

Hello guys....

I'm planning to buy my first bike in the next month.. and I'm considering RTR 200 as one of my top priority option in d list..
But i have few doubts in my mind, can you guys plz clarify.

1. Pillion seat : how comfortable it is for the ladies who sits on one side with saree.
2. Vibrations: below 100kmph are there any vibrations..
3.FE : what is the AVG mileage, can i get 35 to 40 on moderate speeds.

Thanks in advance....

Yesterday i went for servicing my bike and got the problem fixed... The mechanic told me water entered in the speed sensor... The price of speed sensor is rs 510.. It was covered under warranty period.

After the first 2 services, I decided to take the BEAST for a speed test on NICE road, Bangalore. The bike felt really alive after 80Km/h and felt like it can handle doing 90KM/h all day without breaking a sweat. I was able to go upto 108KM/h before giving up as the wind-blast got too scary and also as I did not have any gear on (only had my Helmet)

Overall the experience of doing triple digit speeds for the first time in my life was amazing!

How's the stability of the bike usually at those speeds? Apart from the windblast this was the another problem bothering me.
