Change the headlight once spares arrive. it is not safe to ride with broken one.

How is the Gear pattern for the bike. Is it all down or 1 down 4 up?

1 down 4 up, and it's the standard pattern for all bikes 150cc + nowadays. Not sure about below 150cc as i never rode one.

Hi Guys, I am new to Xbhp but had been following it over a year at last found time to register and be a part of this community.
I bought matte Grey RTR 200 last month and since then enjoying the ride. I have a query on the rider seat which gives a squeaking sound when i am on it and has got some play. Can you guys suggest me something to rectify this, I asked the SVSC guy he says there is nothing that could be done.

Bengaluru has been soaked past few days, and I have been riding in the rain without any troubles at all. Only thing is chain lube wears off very quickly even in a few minutes of rain. Also when you park the bike, if it's raining or has rained, bike gets very cold and requires choke.

Hey there fellow grey RTR 200 owner from Bangalore
My seat squeaks a bit too, it's the way they have designed plus material used. There is enough space to move yourself on the seat to get proper positioning, squeaking is just a minor byproduct no big deal. As for the play, depends how much. Few mms is expected and again nothing to worry about.
As I lay rubber down the street, I pray for traction I can keep
But if I spin and begin to slide, please dear God, protect my sweet ride

Thanks Mate, Just got a bit irritated with that sound may be I can live with it over time. Sorry to hear about your accident. Saw your pics of the bike, just out of curiosity where did you get your ride from? Is it fastbykes from mathikere.

                      Cheers And Ride Safe.

Guys, can somebody please confirm the setup below( preferably with a picture). Got the delivery of 200 yesterday and on reaching home found this hose missing. On the Left hand side probably a breather hose.

I wanted to buy from there first but they didn't have it. So I got it from Prakruthi TVS, Jalahalli. Next to Rockline Mall. Much bigger showroom, better experience and very helpful regarding service, lubing and all. I'd rate them an 8/10 for service as of now, only time will tell though.

It is 1.2 litres normally, 1.4 after engine rebuild.

The play is abnormal. Please check if the seat is been fixed properly. It's not really a squeak but you can ask them to put a drop of oil at the lock point. It'll be fine.

Yep the breather pipe is missing. This is crucial. Otherwise dust may enter the engine chamber.

Please call TVS regional sales manager, contact dealer about this. But to get this spare part, it may take a long time.
