Re: TVS Apache RTR 200 4V
Simple. if u need fun motorcycle then go for RTR. Hornet is meant for the engine. also lookwise hornet is not so appealing. it is a refreshed version of their own lower cc bikes in abroad. I saw RTR in fleash it looked much better. only thing i dont like is the huge vertical gap between the headlight and the front wheel.Originally posted by Darshangowda View PostGuys need ur help
Confusion between HONDA HORNET 160r and rtr 200v
I asked dealers in banglore . for rtr it will take another 2 months to get abs and fi version .

Re: TVS Apache RTR 200 4V
Guys, how is RTR 200 4V motorycle for touring? Are seats and suspension comfortable for 400+ kms a day? I was confused between Gixxer SF, As 200 and Apache 200. I have ruled out AS200 since it has been discontinued by Bajaj. Gixxer SF feels overpriced at 1.04L on road Bangalore compared to Apache 200 which costs around 1.09L.

Have done around 300 km a day on two occasions, bike feels very comfortable. No issue of backpain and all.Originally posted by biker123 View PostGuys, how is RTR 200 4V motorycle for touring? Have done 450KMs in one day, few 250KMs ride too.Originally posted by biker123 View PostGuys, how is RTR 200 4V motorycle for touring? Are seats and suspension comfortable for 400+ kms a day?
No sore bum (big relief, you can sit all day long at seat).
Not aggressive riding position so back pain depends how you ride or your style.
Touring ? 100 KMPH comes just below 7K RPM(5th Gear), still more to go.
Wind blast is there at high speed.(blame naked).
Not facts but my experience above
Cheers.

Re: TVS Apache RTR 200 4V
Ah!! For this bike touring is not at all problem...seats are soft enough for u to ride all day long.. handle bars are at the right position so no strain on ur shoulders... U can cruise it around 110+ all day long.. the only problem is u have to face huge wind blast due to its Street-fighter design..& also its engine refinement is top notch so... No vibrations..so over all its gr8 of touringOriginally posted by biker123 View PostGuys, how is RTR 200 4V motorycle for touring? Are seats and suspension comfortable for 400+ kms a day? Thanks a lot for the heads up guys, Much appreciated. Great to know that Apache 200 is good for touring. Hopefully, a fully fared variant maybe on cards as well.. I hope i will be able to fit my frame in those seats and still look decent in an Apache. From what i read online, Apache is a small bike compared to the likes of AS200. I'm a big guy weighing over 90 kgs and standing 6 feet tall. Hopefully i won't look out of place in Apache 200.

Re: TVS Apache RTR 200 4V
Just my opinion..., all the stickers which you've put, look out of place. They are either not aligned properly or they don't go with the flow and curves of the bike..Originally posted by somesht3 View PostAdded Motul, LS2,v Alpinestars and XBHP stickers on my bike

Re: TVS Apache RTR 200 4V
My new favorite color for the RTR200 is the Matt blue one they use for the one make series!
It looks stunning, it accentuates the curves of the bike very well and looks mean in the process!
I hope they launch it along with the ABS version soon! Seriously can't wait..
