Thank you for your instant reply,
I asked to the showroom guy about the odo running, he said we rode the bike from our main godown which is almost 7-8 km away.
I am worried because ,I don't know how they ride our bike, saying about speed limit, rpm limit etc for the new bike.
I think 7-8 kms wont make any difference to engine life or performance. Calm down..relax..n enjoy ur ride
Unfortunately, we have no way to know how they might have ridden the bike. Even their supervisors would have no idea how one ride a new bike when they give it to them. We have to trust that they must have used it responsibly. I'm not saying this to make you anxious, but that's how usually things are.
Usually these service personnel don't care about speed or rpm limit. When I took delivery of my bike, top speed recorded was 87kmph, which means they definitely revved my bike post 6k rpm. Don't worry, just make sure to ride your bike between 3k to 4.5k rpm before 1st service.
Exactly, it's their chance to test a new bike and they will abuse it because it's someone else's money.
I believe the local dealer offers less because his business costs less to run in a small town. If I were you I would choose the small dealer. The city dealer would have lots of bookings, he couldn't possibly cater to the demands of each individual customer.
Yeah... Now I smell nothing fishy ;-)
N small dealer means the automobile dealer which doesn't own big showrooms and have bikes of different brand and company not just TVS.

Bro, when u mentioned "small dealer" , I did not understand what exactly that meant because I have never seen such dealerships where I live. There are multiple official dealerships but not the small ones. I know of a Hero sub dealer, but they are under the main dealer in town. Now I have an idea what you meant, but before buying make sure that all terms and conditions including service are the same with all and there no issues to worry about.
Bro how is the weight distribution on the bike? Is it like too much heavy in the front end like its rival 200 ns or is it towards the middle having a fair 50:50? Just tell me an approximate Percent of the weight distribution.
She ain't a front heavy bike. She masks her weight beautiful and feels like any ordinary commuter in city traffic. Not been on the highway or ghats with her so no idea about her actual handling power.

There is no problem in buying from these small dealers i bought my bike from one such in Andheri, Mumbai and i am getting all the servicing done without any warranty issues. So no problem. Other things is that you get the bike faster than the authorised dealers. But i dont know the price difference and that too small dealer is cheaper. I had to pay little more than the main dealer. But atleast i got the bike faster than the main dealer who had told me 2 months waiting. Here i got it in 1 month with all the registration done. Would have got a week earlier had the dealer been a little more pro-active. Got the bike within a weeks time at the dealer but registration process was delayed by the dealer due to some lame excuses. Also i am not a person who can bargain or fight with anybody if there is some delay. Maybe if you are behind the dealer every now and then, than you might get the bike within 2 weeks with registration done.
@Bangalore guys, I have a booking for the RTR200 base version at TriStar TVS in Jeevan Bhima Nagar. 1 month is done out of the 3 months of waiting time. Anyone interested can PM me.
Really unlucky -
I booked gixxer last Sunday, and it was sent for registration today. I thought of cancelling my RTR booking soon but today I received a call saying there's a white RTR available. Now due to registration having been done on the gixxer I could not cancel the booking of gixxer, hence I had to turn them down[emoji21].

Is it possible to transfer your booking to anyone else name. That dealer is just 500 meters from my stay.
Ask them if it possible but I will take bike in finance and only if finance rate is same as other dealers.
If you interested pm me.
Once there was a man and a Bike....
They have seen once only.....
Can you all please confirm what top speed have you achieved till now. Just want to know how much fast RTR can go. I have achieved 126 KMPH max and still some juice left but couldn't go more due to traffic.

If all goes well tomorrow I ll get my beast....😊
Thanks to Shashank..
Color of bike can vary within glossy white or matte grey.
Went to dealer in the evening to give photos for registration. It was all set and I left outlet and was on way to home and suddenly I saw something beautiful.
It was stunning new matte red RTR, what a color man!!!
Made me skeptical for my decision not to wait for her. But again I made my mind and said to me... A bird in a hand is worth two in bush...😉
