Re: Bajaj Dominar 400 Ownership Experience Thread
Bajaj Dominar in Matte Black. My honest opinion, don't go for it. It resembles a chunkier version of the NS. The current colours are more premium and also give our Dominars that exclusive look and feel.

You can read more about the Matte Black edition here:

The brake leaver may have included master cylinder thats why the increased price i guess.Originally posted by nikhn View PostYou can try the levers from KTM Duke 390 2017 model. They are adjustable and fit perfectly. Or at least the clutch lever does. Brake lever is expensive. Around 1890₹ for one brake lever. Clutch lever is 338₹. So check and see if that works out for you.

Now i think, your "i dont ride with groups" statement wasn't that accurate 😂😂 anyways a sunday ride is always a bliss. Even in this weather thats burning the shit out of people. Cheers!Originally posted by Ijs View PostWent for another Bajaj official Breakfast ride with bunch of riders.
Total attendance was around 21 Dominars. With ride captain Nischay.
The destination was Food garage near Panipat Hariyana. Around 150kms total distance to and fro.
Weather was hot but company was good so enjoyed every bit.
Ride started at Swadeshi bajaj Raja garden Delhi and few of us joined at Mukraba chowk Delhi.
Had nice and healthy discussion and chit chat with fellow riders and enjoyed the food.

Ha ha ha, na bhai that statement still stands . What i meant was that me not part of any closed or large Group, but when more than one good buddy ask u to tag along how can u refuse. I am more like a free agent. Not good with following rules and regulations that are associated with most clubs or groups like do this don't that, follow this buy this etc.Originally posted by ROHAN SPEEDOFREAK SHARMA View PostNow i think, your "i dont ride with groups" statement wasn't that accurate 😂😂 anyways a sunday ride is always a bliss. And as u you know this is not a close group and these rides are open to all owners of the same brand.
I have made few good buddies at showroom and in the whatsapp group while having good and healthy bike related discussions.
Done many such rides with other groups too with invitations from close friends one such memorable one was RDB with YRC, with attendance from close to 300 bikers.

Hi guys.. Came across a small accident on my dominar.. And damaged both alloys.. Can you please let me know if it's repairable or not..
There is no crack anywhere..
Was riding on a unfamiliar Road at around 60-70kmph with a 90 kgs pillion... The pillion felt with rear seat.. I repeat rear seat...
With God's grace nothing happened to both of us and even the bike.

Re: Bajaj Dominar 400 Ownership Experience Thread
I have purchased dominar 400 in the month of may.
I am facing some issue regarding the bike.
Bike is getting too much vibration in the range of 4k - 5k rpm.
Some kind of sound is coming from front wheel when the speed is between 50 kmph - 60kmph.
And yesterday i have faced one major problem regarding headlight while ridding in the rain.
Inside the headlight i can see the clear mositure which is not good since it can result in glass breakage and led damage.
Im eagerly waiting for your reply and solution.

Although not this bad but my rear rim also has a dent. Local shop owners don't have the confidence with this sort of work but I know this is fixable. BAL straight away refused to work this out under warranty. Stating dominar has good quality rim and its obviously my fault. Regardless.. I have not been on the bike due to work and rains. But this weekend, I'll be going to some of the specialized tyre repair shops. insurance claim is probably the easiest way.Originally posted by AdvenTOURER Nikhil View PostHi guys.. Vibrations will be there and you'll just have to deal with it.Originally posted by ulric_469 View PostBike is getting too much vibration in the range of 4k - 5k rpm.

Moisture is also expected and has been mentioned in service manual as well. Please don't sweat. If it continues to stay there for days, BAL should be able to open the lamp and release the moisture.

And i forgot to mention. Please don't take this issue lightly. Bent rim can also break. If not break, it will cause tyre leak and stability issues.Originally posted by AdvenTOURER Nikhil View PostCan this be repaired
