Quality matters. I will empty my pocket if the gear costs high, provided the quality is top notch. You can suggest me some gear (helmet, jacket, etc) and I would be happy to check them out.

So, are there no Dominar groups active? DOC is limited to Facebook, and I don't use Facebook.

Who said DOC is limited fb bro. The riders are main issue acctually. Admin does organise rides but with less number turning up, everyone gets disappointed. Bangalore, delhi, ahemdabad are doing pretty well, and have rides almost every weekend.

So what's my option to be a part of the club? Where do I find the info?

Helmets range from 2k to even 90k. Really depends on how much you want to spend. I've found helmets worth 5-7k to be equally great in quality as the 30k AGV's. In fact, my AGV cracked faster than the LS2 since it was a lighter helmet. Check out Scorpion, X-Lite or Shark for their helmets. Source them from the US or German stores. For India, look at LS2, AGV, HJC or even a few from MT.

The new SMK range is also good and equal in standard with MT. It comes with pinlock 30 anti fog. The range starts from 3.8k from matt shade and it is ECE rated.
this one is Twister fluid mrp 4.3k got for 4k from market.
Comes in lot of different shades.

Looks good. Here are the ratings to consider when buying a helmet in order of preference:
                        1. Sharp rating. 4 and above is excellent. Wouldn't suggest anything below 4 as they aren't rated road safe.

                        2. DOT. If not sharp rated, look at a helmet that's DOT certified as a second option. It's the American safety standard and is a pretty high benchmark for riders road safety.

                        3. ECC - The European equivalent of DOT. I'd keep this as my last preference.

                        4. ISO - Don't even bother. Your be safer in a watermelon.

Will keep these in mind, i actually wanted to buy AGV k5 but was short on funds. And the other thh or sol, ls2 I looked gave me doubt regarding the genuinity also none was available in perfect size i needed size s which is 55mm and most other good brands were only available in L or free sizes.
This smk was available in all sizes starting from xs to xxl. And was under my budget.

Oh, don't get me wrong. SMK should serve you just fine too. Just that I've had some better results with other helmets. I think SMS has pulled up their socks and made some great helmets after the market opened up to international brands.
For urban commute /occasional rides and tours, this should suffice. I pray you never have to test it under certain situations. It's also mostly just my peace of mind. I've never crashed, not even a small one. But it gives me peace of mind knowing the helmet meets safety standards even at 150kmph. That's just me.

The helmet does look smashing. I'll share a few pictures of my primary LS2 lid sometime soon.

SMK is manufactured by Studds industries. I was getting 3 diff price for same ls2 airpump thus got suspicious about the genuinity. The diff was around over 1 k at three diff shops. Other ls2 were lose on my head.
Now lets keep this thread to Dominar only.[emoji12] [emoji12] Will keep ur points in mind for next purchase.
