In my bike I saw few fins pressed inside. Looks due to fitting some parts. I am not sure how serious it might be at later date.

Do check the radiator fins while pressure wash. Should not get bent.Originally posted by Amyth_Fzian View Post

I have a question.Originally posted by Atul Chirame View Post2. Pillion seat is comfortable, No complain from pillion after riding 200km long drive.
While riding pillion, I find while accelerating, you tend to fall back unless you are holding back like bucket.
In rough roads mostly, outside city limits, the roads are bumpy, and you tend to fall unless you hold tightly.
At bumps too, I feel the same.
How to make pillion riding comfortable?Avoid noise pollution. Avoid honking.

Re: Yamaha FZ 25 Owners Reviews and Experiences
Ask the pillion to sit in a rear biased position on the pillion seat, this will allow them to lean forward. While accelerating tell them to hold your abdomen. While braking instruct them to place their hand on the tank and use that to retard their momentum rather than using the rider to do the same. Pillion grabrail is for formality. They can use it if they feel uncomfortable holding your abdomen.Originally posted by mknaidu11 View PostI have a question.

Its equally important for a pillion rider to know exactly how to sit as pillion so as not to hinder the performance of the rider.Last edited by MotoBlizzard; 05-25-2017, 05:38 PM.For My Gixxer Related videos: Click HERE

Re: Yamaha FZ 25 Owners Reviews and Experiences
You can probably get a simple mud flap for around 20rs and fix it at teh end of the mudguard. worth a try before spending more on fancy accessories.Originally posted by kaustubh_vaze View PostYeah. True that. Is some kind of an engine/radiator cover available or anyone designed it for any other bike?
This thing immediately gets dirtly.
Has anyone pressure washed their bike? What are the precautions to be taken? Does the petrol tank/ECU/Electricals need to be covered/protected?
e.g. ktm started provided a mudflap since around 2014 and that prevents dirt/mud splashing on to the radiator.
it's worth a try.
as for pressure wash, just make sure the nozzle is at least around 3 meters away (since most of these guys have non adjustable pressure) and use some basic common sense and it should be fine.

never noticed it on a pulsar 200/220/avenger or a karizma zmr? one of earliest bikes to have such a setup in India.Originally posted by MotoBlizzard View PostHoly Shiz! Thats a first. Can someone attach a closeup pic of it? Never seen an oil cooling radiator

Re: Yamaha FZ 25 Owners Reviews and Experiences
I got my first bike in 2013 which was an Activa, 2nd and current bike in 2016 which is the Gixxer SF. Prior to the Gixxer, I had absolutely no interest in 2 wheelers. Activa was a necessity. Gixxer came out of newly found passionOriginally posted by s1d View Postnever noticed it on a pulsar 200/220/avenger or a karizma zmr? one of earliest bikes to have such a setup in India. For My Gixxer Related videos: Click HERE

Re: Yamaha FZ 25 Owners Reviews and Experiences
After teaching them all these, if the pillion is still uncomfortable. Take it slow, no aggressive acceleration or braking. That should do the trick.Originally posted by MotoBlizzard View PostAsk the pillion to sit in a rear biased position on the pillion seat, this will allow them to lean forward. Then you need to research what a radiator does and then google how types of radiators look, then learn to spot one on ur bike if you own one with a oil cooler.Originally posted by MotoBlizzard View PostHoly Shiz! In a YouTube video ( Yamaha Goa press met) a Yamaha official was saying you will also be given the bike scan report, is that true? If yes what all is diagnosed, just curious to know.Originally posted by Rajathrajk View Post

At the FI station they scan the bike and give you the details that how all of the 10 sensors are performing and where there were any errors on it .Originally posted by Mr.kurup View PostIn a YouTube video ( Yamaha Goa press met) a Yamaha official was saying you will also be given the bike scan report, is that true?
