I was under the same dilemma last week.Originally posted by blacklist3 View PostIm torn between white and black.
Members, in your opinion which will have it's shine lasting a bit more, and scratches less visible.
My opinion: Black looks gorgeous, with passage of time scratches and marks will not be prominently visible.
Cyan Metallic: Best of available colors, eye catching. You will not get bored with passage of time.
White: difficult to clean marks will be prominently visible with time.
At the end of the day, for colors: Go with mind than heart as far as two wheeler are concerned.Avoid noise pollution. Avoid honking.

Re: Yamaha FZ 25 Owners Reviews and Experiences
A RC390 guy stopped by and inquired whether this is the new Fz25 and how is the performance.. I said, so far so good.. He then said, "the bike has nice looks" and then rode away giving me a thumbs up..

Almost all bikes have some point in speed where RVMs go blurry. It would not be a problem.Originally posted by Vinu Pillai View PostWhen i go above 70+ only right side mirror is vibrating and have a blurry view . Left mirror is just fine.what may be the reason?
If fits, RTR RVMs are best in business.
Only place where you need to avoid excessive usage of front brake is on sand, gravel or damp surface. All other times, front brake must be your primary stopping force.Originally posted by mknaidu11 View PostChaywalas at nukkad and paan walas were kind enough to suggest me not to apply the front brakes.
Spend more time with bike and you will get hang of it. Watch that clutch usage as you are as new as to riding the two wheelers.
Black is hands down best looking color on any bikes. But maintenance is hard part as dust is prominently visible on black. Black looks good only when it is clean.Originally posted by mknaidu11 View PostI was under the same dilemma last week.

Always keep bike in shade and if possible covered.
Clean it regularly and have polished once in a while.
My 40 Months old white 390 duke looks as good as 1 year old.

Re: Yamaha FZ 25 Owners Reviews and Experiences

First look of fazer25 , for me it looks nice [emoji7]
Source : instagram
The spy pics and body panels here confirm it is the final production model[emoji106]
Now it is highly doubtful that will Yamaha launch r15 v3 in India as a bike in same price range and performance is about to be launched also added what Yamaha head says about "launching many bikes in global market doesn't means we should launch the model in India"
So chances of new r15 is negligible small.[emoji15]Last edited by Mr.kurup; 05-22-2017, 09:36 PM.

But side note , if you wanna be batman , you know the color
I have a black , maintenance is high but the beauty is unparalleled .

Re: Yamaha FZ 25 Owners Reviews and Experiences
The manual says , post the first 500 kms , normal usage of the bike can be done below the 6000rpm and occasionally just cross 6k and settle back .Originally posted by tankrunner10 View Postmaintaining constant speed is a big no no
you have to vary the rpm
and keep rpms below 4500 with occasional high rpms once in a while and if possible turn off the engine and wait for the engine to cool down every hour of riding
This will breakin your engine correctly otherwise the piston ring wont seat properly
which will cause blow by hence oil will get contaminated faster and every oil change will have to be done early. There will also be a little drop in performance when compared to a properly broken in engine.
Take care of the bike follow the breakin procedure given in the manual. Majority of the breakin is done by the manufacturer itself when they test the bike on a rolling road dont worry nothing catastrophic will happen to the engine but remember to do a correct breakin on any new bike.
Did this on my bike as instructed and did just two ticks more than 6k and saw the console to be baffled by a 103 on the speedo .
So doing that 100 should not be a problem unless it was sustained .

The feel the twin headlight design is better. This does not go well with the overall design language. Looks a bit like Honda CBR 650F.Originally posted by Mr.kurup View Post

R15 is in another league and people interested in sports bike gene will never look at sports tourer which is totally opposite. But the pricing will definitely high considering the tech it carries.

Re: Yamaha FZ 25 Owners Reviews and Experiences
Someone here in this form confirmed single headlight before even the spy pic was available as he stays near Yamaha plant and saw fazer being tested .Originally posted by AmitJ21 View PostIt is just a rendered image in which the cbr front fairing is fitted to the FZ25.
And also the fairing from the spy pics and the above posted photo proves this is not any concept from a designer.
