Got my bike delivered yesterday. Today morning I noticed water droplets in the turn indicator. Is it normal? What may be the cause?

No there must be leakage in the indicator. Ask them to replace the indicator.

I have clocked almost 1500kms n Blv me I have not faced any issue of engine noise, gear shifts, oil leakage ( though I thought initially). Yamaha is only providing fully synthetic oil costs rs.375 each (800ml)*2 & rs. 167 for oil filter. That's all for the 1st service cost. After that the engine will be buttery smooth ( better than Duke). U can easily reach upto 130kmph. I personally touched 142kmph on my frnds byk who has completed run in before me. U can go for double horn as seen before with fazer.
Yup even my bike has become butter smooth absolutely no issues whatsoever.
Now it feels like a yamaha product.

It's common in this byk. Try a different set of mirror (hope it will work).

SImilar issue here. between speed of 70-80 kmph, RVMs start vibrating slowly blurring the reflection. I doubt if it is happening due to minor vibrations coming from handle bar and creeping up to mirror.

Went to Kota showroom. Found one bike each in cyan, black and white. Black was booked hence cyan and white were only available. My mind settled on cyan, equally puzzled as how to convince wife and son. Though black was gorgeous, however the showroom did not had one. After prolong discussion with wife and son it did not conclude anything against white of their liking. Wife and son were favoring white. It took me about 12 hours to persuade them to settle down for cyan or black. This happened after showing them all white scooters which were either not maintained or not cleaned, abundant black parking scratches visible on the white colored body at our parking lot. Thanks to the guys who owned white scooters & bikes and never bothered to keep it clean. Ultimately this helped in tilting the views of the family towards cyan or black one. Finally they gave a node for the cyan saying "chalega ab kya kar sakthe hain, jab black color dealer ke paas nahi hai, aur 2 hafta lagega use aaane me, thik hai cyan hi ab book kar lo, white to tum like nahi kar rahe ho".

Even I liked white but you know after six months of use you loose the charm of shiny white and that gets converted to dull or ivory white if not maintained properly polished.

Got delivered the first bike of life on 20 the May. Never owned one but tried earlier Kawasaki and Hero Honda Splendor just for a short period for a week or so some 20 years back. Was afraid to to take home FZ25. Bike looks big and the sales guy all the time emphasized on FZ25 as "powerbike", hence little hesitant if I could ride it on the highway?Requested the sales guy to just drop it at home. He was kind enough in dropping the bike home.

At home in the gali, "Leke hanuman ka naam" I sat on the bike, hoping all goes well in the gali for a short practice to familiarize with clutch, brake, foot brake, balancing, flat footing, amount of pull on the accelerator, wight of the bike etc. Made a quick round on first gear in my "gali" keeping both the legs down. Found difficult to engage the neutral for stopping. Initially had my eyes on every part of movement of fingers on clutch, fingers on front brake, right foot on brake, left foot on gear shifters.

Chaywalas at nukkad and paan walas were kind enough to suggest me not to apply the front brakes, sit straight and look forward without watching the fingers and legs and other parts of the bike like odometer. However rear brakes were not felt at all that is helping me in stopping the bike except reducing the speed. Had some funny moments while engaging on gear and stopping it. Some of the onlookers came to my rescue even. I pressed the accelerator just to move the bike, but when you release the clutch fully the bike will stop tending to tip the bike. Four rounds of practice on disengaging and engaging the clutch in the gali set my confidence high.

Had some more rounds on second gear and finally could engage the third gear in the gali itself. That was ultimate joy of reaching third gear within fifteen minutes of riding the bike. I knew children, watchman, people in the colony were watching anxiously at me if I do mistake than either bike is down or I am down from the bike. By the grace of well wishers in the gali, all went well and made a big "chakkar" of the entire gali in third gear. Confidence was set and the bike was set to travel another 100 kms on the same day. At the end had aching hands, palms, legs and body as this is not used to stretching to such an extent to ride the bike. But enjoyed riding it.

Have a look at the photographs attached and njoy.

that is just condensation due to high humidity. it is ok, should go away once the sun comes out. you might notice similar phenomenon on the head light too. the indicator looks like a normal unit and so the lens is not providing a very good seal with the plastic. you could try and get it replaced, but i am pretty sure it will reoccur sometime in the future.
if it did rain the previous night and you see a puddle/water collected inside, then get it replaced.

Im torn between white and black.

Members, in your opinion which will have it's shine lasting a bit more, and scratches less visible.

maintaining constant speed is a big no no
you have to vary the rpm
and keep rpms below 4500 with occasional high rpms once in a while and if possible turn off the engine and wait for the engine to cool down every hour of riding
This will breakin your engine correctly otherwise the piston ring wont seat properly
which will cause blow by hence oil will get contaminated faster and every oil change will have to be done early. There will also be a little drop in performance when compared to a properly broken in engine.

Take care of the bike follow the breakin procedure given in the manual. Majority of the breakin is done by the manufacturer itself when they test the bike on a rolling road dont worry nothing catastrophic will happen to the engine but remember to do a correct breakin on any new bike.
