Hello guys. After doing much research I have finally zeroed down to FZ25 as a worth one after my 150CC Apache(keeping me happy since 2006). After reading several comments and reviews here(up to 280-300 pages) I have found there are issues with the bike but all of these r manageable.

Apart from PDI topic(the thread available on the forum), is there anything u guys suggest to follow like someone suggested to go with the recent(late 2017 or so) manufacturing date on the bike.

Please do tag & reply to this post regarding that matter(I will be going through the whole thread but it will take time & I need ur valuable suggestions before going for delivery). Also do share my rights to deny the delivery of bike if unsatisfied after making the payment.

I 'll be honored to be a part of FZ25 family.

I'd like to. One shop in Karol Bagh quoted 2800 for a fake sc project exhaust. Including fitting. Backed off since it was so cheap. I'll go for one with db killer soon.

So noticed this today. The vibrations after 75 kph on the left rvm is gone. It's still there on the right one, but my impression is, the handle feels lighter now and that should go too.

I have been reading about change in front fork oil and springs (harder springs) will boost braking and cornering. Motul Fork Oil Expert 20w will help increase damping. Can anyone suggest about the springs?

It happened with me as well. But it would come back later. Only went away after I switched engine oil

I don't think there's some major issue with the product..I have a June manufactured fz25 and it's smooth and I didn't even face the tappet issue mileage is also good in city I got almost 37kmpl. And I bought on 17sep 2017..so didn't have any major issue till now...

After 1400km of trip mine tappet and all other noises reduced to negligible on its own.
