Re: Yamaha FZ 25 Owners Reviews and Experiences
Today me and 2 others fz25 owner visit the svc after informed by them, they just put the air lock paste (as per svc) on those bolts that's it , as per Yamaha they provided 4 parts for each bikes
1. O ring
2. Gasket
3. The aur lock paste and the 4th i dont remember ....
But SVC guys just fill the bolt thread with the air lock paste and assembled the part in all 3 bikes when we asked they said that those bikes which have some serious issue with that only those bike parts replaced which Yamaha provided....
If anyone know about this pls share your experience...

Re: Yamaha FZ 25 Owners Reviews and Experiences
If you recall, there were some reports from users here where they observed oil leaks from the head. The recall Yamaha is issuing isn't a major problem per se, it's just torquing the bolts to an even more tighter torque value, coupled with Loctite. It's to ensure that the valve cover (head cover) four or three bolts depending on the design to be re-torqued and replacement of O rings and copper washers if necessary to arrest any oil leaks or any other parameters that the team observed.Originally posted by JyotishmanS View PostCould anyone please shed some light on what a head cover bolt is and what role it plays? The Yamaha customer care person says i can continue riding the bike. Some enlightenment would be great.
Cheers!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
The girl said, 'NO!'
And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

There are little vibrations in my case. I felt 60- 75 speeds have minor vibrations but 80 - 100 speeds smoother.Originally posted by krishan..... View PostSometimes I feel that the vibration starts at 60-80 but at a speed of 100-110 it feels smooth if compare with 60-80kmph speed.... And I didn't face any tappet noise some noise at chain which I think is normal in this kind of bikes...

Go to your nearest public sector Bank. Their interest rate is way too less at nearly 8.5 to 9.10% per Annam. You can avail Loan in your parents name or yourself if you are filing annual income tax returns for 2 years.

Re: Yamaha FZ 25 Owners Reviews and Experiences
Guys, am facing some weird problem. When my bike is parked in rain for min half a day, while driving the engine gets switched off. It was not at all turning on, unless i open the petrol tank cap and shake it. Also when i start again, I starts with some loud thud noise from the silencer.
Should be any issue with FI or tank cap?
I faced this thrice in a same day and again faced two days back. (Thank god, it got switched off in slow moving traffic due to rains)
