Anything above 30 kmpl is good for a 250cc bike...

A good long ride can clear your mind, restore your faith and use up a lot of fuel....

It's less actually given you are supposed to ride it under 70 and 5.5k RPM. At those speeds you should get 38-40 or in worse traffic conditions 32-35. 32 is on a lower side I feel. In my run-in period, I got a tank range of 455kms and then it hit a reserve. And now post run-in mileage is 34-38.

I am not crossing even 4.5k rpm. traffic may be for 20-25 mins daily(total trip 10+10 = 20km daily). My bike also same colour bro.

How will we know when it comes to reserve? Any indications? How many liters are still left when the bike reaches reserve? Also do you know for each point in the meter how many litres can we count?

I don't know exactly the litres at reserve but it would be 2 litres. The bike hits reserve when the last bar starts blinking. You can't out exact litres to the bars because the mileage will vary and you can't count on that. But ride more and you will get a hang of it on a fair estimate of those bars.

The console will display the tank range function as the bike hits the reserve.

Just be ware that this is a FI bike. Running dry the fuel tank might damage the FI system . Look for a bunk as soon as you see last bar on fuel gauge.

Definitely...it has one of the best injectors in market ...To be precise it's an 10 hole injector.

I'm still running mid way through the engine break-in period, here's a couple of questions:

I'm filling up the tank to the brim every time I hit the last marker on fuel indicator, before it starts to blink (done it for the second time now). In a scorching weather like here in Chennai, is it advisable to fill the tank up to brim or not?

I'm running on Shell V Power and plan to keep it that way, unless anyone has any bad experiences with that brand of fuel.

Before I filled the tank up now, the console showed an average of around 35 kmpl, I keep the revs under 5k with an occasional burst to 6k while on the highway (OMR) during nighttime.
