ha ha ha ha no my friend no body will stop you for stickers, AHO lot of cops just try to mint money, if you have all papers and licence then y worry, you can always speak to their seniors and ask for their ID. If you are scared cops will take you for a ride , know your rights, even a havildar cannot ask you for papers, only a 2 star can ask you for your papers.

The public can refuse to show them documents and complain about them to seniors If you have not violated any traffic law, the traffic police cannot stop you just to ‘’check your documents.

I have a doubt if am stopped by a cop do I have rights to record what we talk ?

My friend was fined because he asked cop reason for stopping him and then they wrote bill for no helmet but he was wearing helmet
            And he wasted his money

your friend was conned by the cop, he should have taken it up with the senior.

Just one thing bothering me is after riding few kms and engine when get heated up there is continous metallic tick tick sound coming on riding as well as idling. Not in cold engine. I hope it is from tappet only. Else everything is smooth till now.
That tick tick sound you are hearing is nothing but the catalytic converter and other expanded metal shrinking down when the engine is stopped. This happens on almost all the bikes. cars, anything that is powered by gasoline and diesel and moves. It's completely normal.

                Cheers!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
                The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

                THE END

That exhaust tick (metal expansion n contraction) sound I know which comes after engine shut down. In my case tick tick sound is comming from head area after riding few kms. Sound start coming from engine just rpm touches 4k mark.
If i ride for 30min and then let the engine idle for some time then definitely a different metallic sound is comming in rhythm of engine sound.

just keep your papers complete and up do date.

if stopped for no reason, dont act guilty like a lot of ppl do when stopped by cops. and dont be eager to pay him and move on.

just stand your ground, in some time he will let you go.

i swear if any cop stops me for aho or any bs4 compulsion, he wouldnt see a dime. instead will get a lecture on how they dont know their duty.

Did anyone adjust the rear shocks for comfort? How far can it help to make the ride softer?

I am completely against bribing, so no chance of paying the cops unless there is a bill which clearly states my violation.

Regarding metallic noise I checked it at svc today, fz25 trained mechanic confirmed that it is a tappet noise and asked me to come at 500km for adjustments.

Completed 200kms today (3rd day of purchase) and i think i will complete run in 6-7 days more. Not going over 5k rpm and giving 5 minutes rest to engine after 45 minutes of continous run.

Regarding comfort- today after 30kms/40 minutes of ride my right thumb along with right shoulder started pain little bit (I switched from karizma) but back and butt were comfortable. I feel throttle grip is little bigger in girth compared to zma due to which pain started from thumb and going to shoulder.

                                Hello Riders,

Can any FZ25 owners from Hyderabad respond?

I just want to know how long did it take for you from booking the bike to the delivery. I am planning for Warrior White. Thought of purchasing from Rise Yamaha Madinaguda.
If you can share the PDI check list, that'd be a great help too.

                                Your inputs will be appreciated.

                                Ride Safe,
                                Ashwin
