      CONGRATULATIONS.

For the first 1000KMS do not exceed 4000RPm.

Matt Grey wont be MATT after some time, look at my bike pics at the FI thread, it looks super
shiney after year and a half now.
REnny does it mean it it will look bad after some years?
Can you paste the link to that particular page of that thread so that i can see it.
When approaching a corner, stay on the gas until you see Jesus. Then brake HARD.

It's actually looking more good in the shiny avataar.
I like it more than the original, courtsey the jeans on the tanks and twice a week washes for the whole bike.

          Nice pic @REnny..
I got upset, thought that i selected wrong color

Can u suggest me should i go for teflon coating or lacquering coating.
Is it true that coating will avoid scratches on bike to some extend, will maintain the shine.

              Nice pic @Renny

              hey guys completed 150 kms...
Everyone who haven't seen RTR 180 got impressed by its looks.
Guys who have ride both P220 and RTR 180 told me that pick up of P220 is much better than P180, i know that P220 will surely go ahead of RTR in long stretch, but are they true about pick up as i have not ride any P220.

Handling seems to be pretty impressive, but i can feel the vibration in first three gears.

I am driving in varying speed in different gears, like till 5-30 in 2nd gear,10 - 40 in 3rd,4th and 5th gear. I hope this is a good way to drive till first 1000 kms.

Hats off Renny! The rear fender of RTR 180 looks cool.
Please tell me about R15 foot pegs you have installed! They look great! How about removing that rubber padding on the rear brake lever?
What do you use for washing the bike? I have heard that strong soaps and detergents cause a lot of damage! So, I never use them. I prefer a mild shampoo(Nyle) on my bike!

TEflon coating is good only if it's done by the right person.

The R15's front pegs needs little grinding to slot into and the rear R15's pegs need a cloth padding to avoid the noice.

Rubber padding on the rear break pedal is good for the grip as it eliminates slippage, so i dont recommend removing it, plus it looks good the way it is.

i use only water (high pressure) to clean the bike, and once a month i wash it with the regular shampoo (read pantene, sunsilk, or any other brand) to clean it.

Is regular high pressure water service fine for the paint? How do you create the high pressure? Do you own a service station?? The normal tap water through the pipe isn't of high pressure.

you can fit a narrow nozzle at the water motor at home to create really good pressure, almost like a service station.

i use pressure water at the engine, wheels, for the body i use normal pressure.

I stay in an University hostel! So, there is no motor or what so ever facility! I just take the bike right inside the hostel to the washing area. I will have to search for a nozzle though!

high pressure water works wonders for the mud, it eliminates the use of wiping the thing off with cloth.

The oil and the grease underneath are problematic! I read your sasta option of cleaning the chain with diesel. I will give it a try. Are you sure that lubing isn't required after the cleaning step? How about that 270 bucks worth TVS Chain Lube Spray?
