I really dont what know is happening but may be the pivot which holds the kick lever i.e the ratchet is slipping.Get it checked.
@thm201
While checking the top speed recorder make sure it is not anything high(in 3 digits) except for 160km/hr which is the default setting. Check for visible scratch/dent marks on the bike.Also make sure the PDI is done properly and dont go for teflon coating even when they insist.They price it outrageously high.Do it elsewhere if you are willing to.And you dont need any accessories unlike Honda vehicles.Everything comes company fitted on RTRs.

bike maneuverability post servicing. help needed
Hey Folks,
I just had my 3rd service done for my rtr 180. Afetr the service I find my bike very difficult to handle. I am not sure how to explain it, but in essence I think the handle feels very heavy. I am not sure if its the front suspension which is been altered or if the handle movement is altered.
Until 2 days back handling the bike seemed to be effortless and now its making me nervous. It feels very similar to the feeling I had as a kid when i learnt cycling for the first time ( i n think is very well embedded).
I will go back to the service center , but would like to know , what essentially adds up to the final maneuverability of a bike ( wheel balancing, suspension setup etc). And how one may tune it. I am sure its a bit of personal preference.
Thanks in advance.
cheers
Arvind

@skarvind
The dumb SC guy tightened your handlebar more than needed, that's causing this feeling, move it left and right after keeping the bike on the mainstand and check it, (the tightness at the extremes will be caused by the bundle of wires and the clutch cable so pull them upwards)Last edited by rennycornelius; 05-30-2010, 05:23 PM.The Magician"

The onboard in real sense shows the road and the console, that way it makes the whole video entertaining.
There's nothing entertaining,all we can see a black jacket and a helmet with wind and bike's noice.Last edited by rennycornelius; 05-30-2010, 05:26 PM.The Magician"
