.Although not recommended,it should be done until 1600 or 2000 clicks. Although u can open her up better than before, don't exceed 6.5 to 7 k RPM

+1, which IMO is inadequate on the highways - which is why I went to all the pains of converting to full DC and installing a 4300K hid...

I feel all bikes which can do 3 digits so easily should have atleast a 55/60W halo to start with.

My bike had completed 1570kms.No major problems uptill now.Getting used to the vibrations though

which appears between 4.5k-5.5k ,after that the vibrations are negligible.Some nuts had got loosened due to this vibrations,got them tightened yesterday.I am getting an average of 40km/l in city & on highway 49km/l. My bike is currently running on Elf Moto4 gold.Very good engine oil I must way.On stock oil(TVS TRU4),the bike used to vibrate a lot & gearbox was knotchy.But after switching to elf,vibrations had lessened & gear shifts are smooth & precise.
0-60 sprint-4.5sec
top speed -105km/hr

Dude,which HID kit you are using in your bike??? And does it not void the warranty???

I didnt bother to get the brand name as I sourced it from a reliable source - Navnish from b'lore. Simply plonking an HID wont void any warranty. But converting to full DC (which involves coil rewinding, new RR, circuit changes) will!! Then again, if you are intending to mod your bike, you cant still hope it to be covered under warranty right?

Nops, the tachometer's functioning is not directly related to the TCi. May be there is some problem with the RPM Sensor.Ask them to have a look and insist them on replacing it.

Today got the Rear brakes of my ride replaced after 13500 kms on Oddo. It was completely worn off. It cost mr 353 bucks. Mech told the Front ones are still good and will clock few more kms. Asked him to replace Spark Plug also but he said its in good condition and i can carry on with it. Got her serviced in CBZ and got to know one thing that it really takes good 3 to 4 hours if service is done properly and upto satisfaction and i was present there all the time.

He must have got his bike serviced in Castrol Bike Zone(CBZ)...I think so...

Yes, I'll ask them on next service. but i m also going to try for the new free speedo console.
