1)i showed it to mechanic today,he said chain is loose and made it tight, now no such noise.
2)Since the bike was serviced 3 days ago,the oil n grease was collected near sprocket area, thats why leaking from there.

      now both issues are solved.

Have you checked the engine oil level? Most of the time they are culprits of a hot running engine !

Bike performed as expected i.e amazing !! I maintained speeds of 80-100 kmph. Returned a mileage of 44 kmpl
The interesting bit is, its not at all tiring to ride this bike. I did around 120 kms with just one 5 minute break ! The riding position is so comfortable acc to me !

I'm so damn impressed with the Touring ability of this beast that I'm off to Yelagiri Hills next week. Its about 160 kms from Bangalore !

                          • My first major problem..after 1.1 yrs.

Guys..yesterday i cldnt start my bike...by kick or eletric start...it was as if whn i press the button..it wld make a screching sound ! ! !.....i cldnt even kick start it..as my kick was getting stuck with something....i went to a local mechanic..and he is saying its the roller gears not engaging or something...i have no clue...my batteries are fine...

prior to that i faced a disconnection problem of my head lamps and tail....both of them are working fine when flashed or whn brakes are applied repectively...it happened day before yesterday..so i took the bike to the mechanic...and there whn i wanted to start the bike...it didnt..

The unlucky part is i am just i month older after my warranty period...had it been in that period..i wld have thrashed those svc guys..but now...as i think its a component failure...i am planning to put a mail to the sales head....

Can any body provie me with an email id or phone numbers?
Anybody faced similar problem before..can enlighten me ! ! !...never faced this issue with my 10 year old victor..so got no clue....

One of the issue can be with broken ball bearings....but i am confused because....sometimes after 20-30 attempts it was responding to the electric start...
Nothing feels better than to gear up and burn some rubber ! ! !

Your one-way clutch is gone dude... Dont ride the bike much in this state... Take it to the SVC... And I think warranty is 2 yrs not 1... so You ll get a replacement under warranty.. Confirm that Ur bike has the new version of Tci and not the old one...
