Enjoying exclusivity!!!
^^^In my circle- 2 black pulsars and only one white RTR, so whenever we go for a ride everybody gives us this look --->

So I am like yeah these 2 are my bodyguards...

And now the OIL-UPDATE
Completed 150+ kms after that and I can assure u guys that there IS a difference BUT very minor. At the time of TRU4 I used to feel some kind of roughness
in the engine at certain RPM but that's gone now.
In other words they were like vibrations and they are NOT eliminated, they are reduced now
. Yet to check the mileage, will post it later.
Bottomline-YES THE CASTROL POWER1 15w40 WORKS.
but not much
Posting pic I snapped today...

Why I choose Apache RTR 180.
Hey Guys, Preciseily after 8 hours from now I will have my white Menace. I am sitting in office thinking about this bike and thought to write a small story on choosing this bike as opposed of other bikes.
Well let me start off by saying honestly that I am never a biker by heart. It was always dormant in my blood until one fateful day when i learnt riding bike (Just 4 months back). I work in high profile MNC in high paying profile. I got recently transferred to pune on my job purpose and I am intended to stay here for 1 or 2 years. Me along with 5 members rented a huge apartment in pune. Luckly everyone had a bike except me and I never had an idea that i will end up buying one. My room mate has R15, Apache 160, Pulsar 150, Pulsar 180 and P 220.So luckily i got an chance to rip the hell out of each bike. Anyways back to my story, on Saturday we all are sitting together and boozing and just then we had a topic on bikes ( Of course we are guys, the only prominent topics that we have in conversation will be Girls, Booze, Money and Bikes ) and made fun of me for not knowing how to ride bike. I never took anything to heart but this get my thoughts to think about this. Learning bike is not big deal and why is that i am still afraid to learn one. That is the day when i finally decided to learn a bike. From that day I started learning bike by myself and reading different online articles and watching you tube videos. Within 2 days i learn t the basic handling and now its time to move into more dangerous territory AKA Pune traffic. Luckily after 1 month of riding in the traffic i got the confidence to ride the bike very well. Now this entire thing made me addicted to biking. The burning rubber when mixed with Male testosterone, make biking irresistible to resist. Anyways now the most daunting task of all, Buying a bike. Since i already had all the bikes in my friends circle i thought to use them week by week until I will decide. I started with Pulsar 180. To be very honest I dont think this bike is that hot. ( My personal Opinion) and it is too common in Pune. Then i rode the P220. To be honest i really liked this bike, their is something that screamed pure power. But i did not felt owing this one so i skipped this entirely. Now its R15. Personally I never liked Yamaha company ( Just my opinion, its a amazing brand no doubt in it). Still i rode it and feel okay. Now came the Apache 160. I don't know the moment i sat on this bike i could not help but to think about this bike all the time. The raw torque is just impressive and handling is like god send to the bikers. I finally decided to book the Apache 160. I went to Yash showroom which is in Pune hadapsar and enquired about the price. Just out of thin air i saw a brouchure of apache 180 in white. When i enquired about this to the dealer he said that they do have the stock and he will arrange a test drive i want to take one. I insisted and within 5 mins he arranged a test drive. I went alone for the test drive for close to 5 kms. Man !! i could not forget that 5 kms that i drove. I never in life experienced the ride like that. Anyways i booked the bike onspot and the dealer gave me 35 days waiting period. After 4 days we had dushera and i wanted this bike on the same day. I tried to negotiate the options with him but no use. Finally I have to use the power of money (almost payed him 4000 for chai pani) to arrange the bike on the mentioned date. Finally today evening i went their and seen my White Monster fresh out of stock room. Ahh....Just 8 more hours and she will be mine. Detailed reveiw will follow guys, watch this space.
BTW Wish you all happy dushera

Hi guys planning to buy a bike this diwali. But i am very much confused between the new Apache hyperedge and the A180.I went to a tvs showroom today and enquired which one of the two is better. The salesman told the A180 is having some problem regarding its magnetcoil and the 160 would be an better option. Please suggest me which is better.Apache RTR 180 2011 | Honda Activa 2010 | CBZ Xtreme 2010 (1 month) |Apache 160 FI 2009-2010
