    • Thank you friends ...
      this Place is near Cuttack(chhatia)
The layout is pretty similar to a race track, its actually a national driving training center.... the curves are really well laid(even at steep slopes) and you get to do literally every thing you can do on a race track.... its almost 5 kms long. The road goes uphill and down hill....
In holidays the tracks are totally empty.the feel is awesome....
This is my best ride so far,and I got to know the true character of the RTR.....

Yes, maybe. He told me that he's going out of India on wednesday, which I later came to know that it will be an Aussie trip.

Dont know abut the stock setting but you could try this link http://**********.in/tuning-carburet...el-efficiency/

Quite simple instructions, only takes a few tries to get it right.
All the svc I have visited keep the carb on a lean setting as a rule.

If you mean carb diaphragm, then yes it does effect the performance.

Dude are you sure about it?You seem to be confused.Carburettor hose pipe is the air intake pipe coming through the air filter, its outside, the diaphragm is inner part of the carb. Please confirm what you need to replace actually!

                        • is this a faulty diaphgram??? its diaphram, not hose sorry i got confused...

the SVC mech told me that diaghgram shouldnt be so streachy...

and the spark plug holder he replaced that too....

1.he tuned my carb and cleaned, it he told me to check the mileage and tell me....adjusted the tappets
2.i complained about the handle bar shaking/ wobbling at 54-63 km/h he told me he checked all the forks and later told me that the tyre beading is the culprit and i have to claim warranty for that at SVC where i bought the vehicle.(i bought the bike in triton motors and this SVC is fast tri TVS)
3.he put a 2 side tape under the clamp where the RTR logo is there to get rid of the trrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr trrrrrrrrrrrrrrr sound after 4k RPM.it persists after this.

                          • A Query on TAPPET

                            Hello xbhpians,

My rtr 180 is 20k kms old and I faced one strange problem last week. I was riding my rtr on highway and suddenly my bike would not go above 49kmph, that is if i open the throttle a bit more it would act like it is out of fuel. I took her to the service centre and they said that its because of tappets being too tight. They have increased the tappet clearence now and it is giving a hell lot of noise. They say that I should ride the bike like this and they will reset the tappet clearance in next service.

                            My Query

1)Can such a problem happen because of tight tappet?

2)How could tappets become tight while I'm riding the bike? The bike was running alright and suddenly while I'm riding I faced this problem

Please throw some light on my problem

That's the biggest BS i've ever heard. You can claim warranty at ANY tvs svc. He just didn't want to process your warranty claim.

TVS is quite famous for this kind of BS.
This happened to me before, i called a higher official and everything got settled
