i am trying to find the font for ABS written on apache cant find it anybody can tell ??

Fuel Indicator

When does the last bar on the fuel level indicator start blinking? Is it before hitting reserve or after? Please share your experience.

After hitting reserve, when there is around 2litre petrol in tank.

how much is the unusable reserve???
its not 800 ml as given the manual or specifications....the bike does not use up all the fuel...and even if i bend the bike the bike does not start..so some fuel in the tank just cannot be used can anyone tell meits approx value????

How can you say that its not 0.8ltr.?

@ drifty- when your bike stops completly. just check your tank with a flashlight.....

pranav is right actually, when my bike stopped after all the usable fuel was over, i just saw how much fuel was left inside and there was a considerable amount of fuel, definitely more than 1 litre...

@ sai pranav-dude i see the exact opp in my tank it is always something like 200 or so...very less....that means the usable reserve comes around 2.2 liters...

More than 1 litre,no way,whats the use of 'reserve' then! But yes,there is some amount of petrol left in the tank which cannot be used,mostly the unusable petrol is on the right side of the tank.Its normal for all bikes.BTW check this note in the manual 'The fuel tank is not a measuring instrument and the capacity of tank may slightly vary from the indicated capacity'.
One more thing guys,please clean the fuel cock sediment bowl time to time as considerable amount of dirt get accumulated there which can lead to clogging of carb jets.

@drifty- no its there even on the left side in my bikearound 200-300ml max notmore than that and no way near 800 ml.how do i clean it??

I'll still go with the 0.8ltr. measurement, which lie somewhere between 200mL and 1L+

Ohh... but then why don't you just copy the emblem as it is instead of taking the pain of designing it yourself?
