No major issues encountered other than
    1. Jerking of handle bar while applying front brakes and taking potholes (possibly cone set screw loose issue)
    2. Kick start taking too much time during mornings.

Reported both these issues to svc guys.. Waiting to see the results after servicing.
1.) Your coneset is loose, get it tightened.

2.) Check if the idling RPM is set below 1.1K. If yes, then set it to 1.1K (some even prefer upto 1.4K).

    • My bike's handlebar is shaking at a high amplitude(not the normal vibrations) at speeds of 50 and above... does anyone know the cause of the problem and how to rectify it??

Asuming that its SHAKING, not vibrating, it coud be because of uneven wear of front tyre or the fork allignment.

Some days back when I checked, the bike was on stand and in first gear, that time when I accelerated and pressed the clutch, the tire was still moving. Tried on-off the bike but still same. Then later on 2 days later, when I checked again, it worked perfectly well! Means the wheel stopped rotating. And when I'm riding, suppose I have to shift gear down, I press the clutch and the engine simply cuts off!! Once this happened while I was taking a turn and was damm scared!!
The issue has happened a few times only, but I feel a lot scared due to it.
If someone could help Me out? Still facing the issue!

Didn't get your problem. Why would anyone accelerate and press the clutch at the same time...

Or do you mean to say that the engine switches off when you press the clutch?

            • Guys seems like my happy days with RTR is over.
Everyday she through new challenges for me. The latest one seems more like a disaster then challenge to me.

A TIGHTLY TUCKED BROKEN SPARK PLUG IN THE CYLINDER HEAD.

I was having hiccup problems so after checking and cleaning the spark plug while i was putting it back in the cylinder head and when it was almost in, when applied a little force to complete the turns, it started freely moving and when i pulled it ahaaa the spark plug is broken and so I AM.

Will go to a mech tomorrow and check what could be done.
              Any suggestions.....

Also, what is the color of the leg guard? means the specific black color as it is a matte color. Had a minor accident today and got a scar on it so.

Did you just break the spark plug, or did you break the thread? If its the latter, I feel sorry for you...

What we both have learnt from experience is that one should never tighten an already tight bolt...

                        • @lijok the thread part of the spark plug is broken and now stuck in the cylinder head.
Yes I am aware that i am in a big mess now.
What I am thinking is that, will get the cylinder head off from the bike and since the Bocsh spark plug has two pins, I can unscrew it using a screwdriver and some application of engine oil.

                          What say will it work?

Hmm... take to some mech.. if you are lucky, they may be able to do it from outside itself.
I was talking about ruining the thread on the head... hope thats not happened here...

I had this problem earlier, i guess its due to improper carb tuning, clean yolu carb totally and then tune it properly and the problem might get solved...
Warming up the engine, for about 2 minutes after you start the bike will also be helpful in avoiding this problem...
