you can, I took my fiero on a long ride when she was yet to complete 1000 kms, since the summers are too hot, I would say change the oil and go on the ride, have fun.

Got all my problems soleved today , got my bike did some polishing / wax which made my bike shine like new . Yeah it feels all new now . Tried motul 300v Engine oil its a bit better n smooth now . N expecting to be better .

I too have thought about it. Even if the knob is in main, they turn it into reserve mode. Afaik, there is no reason for them to do that. May be they always ride on reserve. No offense.

It's always good to ride with at least half tank full of fuel.

you don't get sticker separately, that is what I was told at service center. We have to buy the whole face plate, it costs 110

I own an Apache FI I bought it on 2009 last month the engines bearing broke so I changed it through the TVS service center now The Bike struggles to climb up in hills and also sometimes when I throttle hard the bike at 5th/4th gear when speed is lesser then 50 It feels like the bike is having trouble to exhaust and turns off automatically! when I go for long trips and drive the bike constantly at a speed of abt 70 to 80 and slow down some where [rapidly from 70 to 50 below] it misfires and turns off . . . and I changed the Air filter, oil filter & oil too

I went to them for this problem first they said to change spark plug so I switched from Bosch twin electrode to NGK Iridium IX ; now they are saying only Bosch twin electrode works fine thats why you are still having this problem so I made them use the bosch from my friends bike ans still having the above quoted issue now they are suggesting to change ignition coil am really mad with this . . are'nt they supposed to be well trained in these stuffs . .for me it seems like they are experimenting how to troubleshoot


and today evening they changed the plug cable adapter and saw if the problem was solved their next plan is putting another bikes fuel injector in mine and seeing if it is working fine or not

The issue is when I give full throttle at 5th gear in speed of 30~45 i will lack in power and the bike sounds like a bullet with huge gap sound of combustion not like broooom its more like dhat . . dhat . . dhat . . dhat this sound does not come when i close the full throttle at above 60 speeds

If the problem does not get solved by change in injector their next plan is changing ignition coil . .

Hi Apachians.My friend's RTR 180 is facing loss in initial pick up, jerks at lower speeds like many members have faced.The front braking is not upto the mark,while applying the front brakes fully,the lever releases itself which results ineffective braking.His bike has done around 8000kms.Please help guys
He wants to change the body panels (tank,assembly,etc) from white to matt grey.What will be the cost of those parts?Repainting is an option,but i think that RTR's grey is very difficult to match that comes with the stock.

From where did you get, bloody service center guys said it doesn't come separately.

I got the same reply from my service center guy. Bloody idiots.
Later a friend of mine told me its available separately and then i tried in 3-4 places and found it. I suggest you search a bit more and buy fwo of them this time.

From what I was able to gather, Your issue is with bold part right?
I dunno why are You expecting the bike to perform powerfully in the speed range of 30~45 in 4th/5th gear as these are the speed range for 2nd/3rd gears I guess! I don't think this is an issue at all!
If this was not Your problem, do explain it properly, without all the SVC hate stuff.
And corrections to My explanations are welcome as I'm still not so experienced.

Did you find them at Ramkoti or SVC.
