And I know it happens, we tend to ignore small things while stressing more on important ones So I am not pointing it out as your mistake, but just to get it corrected so that your work get more appreciated.

Edited that gear part, regarding revlimiter, its been 2 years now and no matter what after 9500rpm it willnot go and will even cough up

Vibration's are felt only on initial ride when you start bike & you are in lazy mode driving slowly & slowly slowly accelerating, i.e. when Engine is not running on optimum temperature vibration's are felt very easily, and more importantly vibrations are in Rider's mind already so its very much felt but people who have been riding continuously for more then 50km almost red lining engine can feel that there is very negligible vibration over 6k rpm, so what i understood is Correct shifting & correct acceleration is important And about 4k-5krpm same thing to be said for first 10-15km I feel vibration in bike but as hit highway continuously riding at 80-100kph after that Vibration in that Range seems to be negligible too....

And One more thing is once you open your throttle for max gain the other time it feels no stress to Reach there again...
also wearing a pair of riding gloves also helps.

and regarding the bulbs. I am using a 35/35 Osram Cool Blue.. it cost me around 225 bucks though the lighting isnt better than than the stock, it sure goes bettr with the stock DRL LEDs on my ride

      • Lonavaled !!

Guys, rode to Lonavala yesterday & i must confess, the more i visit this heaven the more i fall head over heels for it,the crowd there is a mixture of local street idiots& effluent cum rich people with modified cars&loud bass woofers engulfing entire Tiger Point, the worst part is the garbage dumps in every nook&corner & a few toll Nakas that have started collecting toll for bikes as well, refused to pay the toll outright&sped off,it looked more of a "Make hay while the sun shines"toll booth with none of the buggers having an official badge, presenting a few bright clicks from my stable.

Without me saying it,this place is a stress buster & highly recommended !

you could try the cool blue if you just wanna front not to look awkward with a bright white LED and te stock yellowish headlamp..
p.s like which i did on mine

There is slight effect while you change the bulb from different manufacturer, some gives more brighter some give less bright but it wouldn't be big ...

35 Wattage is the requirement right ? can you please post pic of your Headlight now wanna do same ....

Nope. A HID of a H4 35W is far far far brighter than the stock 35W.. Even LED is better than stock..

There is quite a big difference if you put a white light 35w instead of 35w yellow(normal) in halogens bulbs alone..

Nahh bro when you put white halogens you will not see big difference in lightening effect it will be brighter but effect on road will be for same area but same cannot be said for HID ....
