Do you mean the part which moves against the clutch plates when clutch lever is depressed?

                Dont you mean white tires

@All : I recently changed to 110/90 18 specs for my 160(stock is 100/80 18) and while changing front tires guess tire wala did some error and now my speedo shows +5 reading than normal. I am getting nearly 70kmph for 5k rpm which should have been 65kmph , more over as i have 110 in rear now speeds should have decreased but it isnt ? I recently got my speedo sensor cables replaced under warranty, it was working fine until tire change. is it a problem in sensor cables or speedo meter itself.

1000INR for two alloys is fine. A better idea would be while painting covering the tyre with paper and sealing the sides with tape and if there is any paint get it removed with thinner.

Its not an error, gearing has been altered by changing the profile of rear tyre. You get speedo error when you change the front tyre to different profile. In your case gearing has been altered, you will feel slight loss of pick up and get higher top end.

The guy at the painting shop has told me to give him the wheels only so i am thinking of opening the wheels myself, can anyone guide me through the process please.

                            • Apache 200cc FI

Hey guys I heard that TVS next in line is 200cc FI. I got this info from my friend who in turn heard this from one TVS SVC. I don't know if its already known news among all you guys. If so sorry, but I can't wait just to scribble about it . Well the thing is my friend has a 160cc FI and he had some problem with the ECU and when he went to SVC the mechanic who he knows very much told about this and even tested with a 200cc ECU which they have with them. He said the exhaust note is bit more vibrant and gives you the feeling of riding some big machine.
