No the vibration disappears after 5k which is equal to 67-68kmph on my bike on 5th gear. It comes back again at some higer rpm but i cant recollect from which rpm it creeps in again. I will check it out tomorrow.Originally posted by rennycornelius View Post@ALL:

The FI and the 160 at 5300-5600 can make your hands go numb if you'll cruise at 70-75kmph, that equates to those RPMs even at 5 mins...
After 6500RPM the engine is butter smooth. The Magician"

The bike seems a little tighter, the old sprinta was a little low, but the sprinta itself maybe a smoother oil.

I have found PETRONAS SPRINTA as same as the other oils, no noticable diff in smoothness, vibes, smoothness in gearbox whatsoever.
But you'll be getting synth at very less price, and it's intervals can stretch to 3500-4000kms.
BTW the new bottle costs 440 now, the dealer is giving you the old stock. The Magician"

Somewhere at around 5k rpm there is this mild sensation of vibration(from handlebars) which disappears after i cross 70-75km/hr and after that there are absolutely no vibrations either from the front footpegs or the handlebars.Just the feel from the handlebar that the engine is running, though!!Originally posted by rennycornelius View Post@ALL:

SWAGAT???
@Guitarfreak
Yesterday i went for a high speed run and here are the speeds at each rpms
5k rpm:68-69km/hr
6krpm:81-82km/hr
7krpm:96-97km/hr
8krpm:107-108km/hr
Was able to touch 137km/hr during the run in which i have to counter some heavy crosswinds. The bike still had some juice left and i am sure it will breach 140km/hr easily but courtesy a Chevy Beat which came in my way when it suddenly made up it's mind to overtake a Truck and i was not able to keep up the momentum further. The acceleration from 125km/hr to 137km/hr is awesome and it just doesnt feel like that you are riding a 180cc plain-jane bike sans no techno-gadgetry!!

Bought the TVS Tru Spray. The can of 500ml(375gms) costed 295 bucks.

. But why does Petronas full synth come for such a low price compared to full synths by other companies like Motul, Castrol? Does this mean that the Petronas isnt as good as the latter?
What is the tyre pressure that you were riding with? I will check out my speeds and then compare it with yours.Originally posted by chicane1879 View PostSomewhere at around 5k rpm there is this mild sensation of vibration(from handlebars) which disappears after i cross 70-75km/hr and after that there are absolutely no vibrations either from the front footpegs or the handlebars.Just the feel from the handlebar that the engine is running, though!!

You guys are lucky with the 180, as you can comfortably cruise at 70-80kmph...Originally posted by chicane1879 View PostSomewhere at around 5k rpm there is this mild sensation of vibration(from handlebars) which disappears after i cross 70-75km/hr and after that there are absolutely no vibrations either from the front footpegs or the handlebars.Just the feel from the handlebar that the engine is running, though
