@Shivank:Lube the throttle cable with mixture of petrol & oil, check the air filter for clogging, check the carb a/f mixture setting,if tappets are making more noise, get them adjusted and then see if you can unleash the racing DNA 'properly'.

, I was able to hold my lines almost all the times, even on high speed, where I knew a small mistake could turn into a big mistake, but I was able to do because of the more confidence that I had got on the bike, another rider on trip, riding A180, shared the same feeling. A better rider than me would have certainly touching his knees down

TCI is supposed to be more reliable than the CDI , the superbikes have em ,so does the R15 and the CBr250r.I wonder why, TVS ASC's are replacing them at the drop of a hat.I mean it's manufactured by a JV between TVS and Kokusan Denki which is a subsidiary of Mitsubishi electrical co,so it's not some run of the mill chinese prod.My guess is that it's typical ASC manner of dealing with issues, just keep on changing the parts.
Hey buddy, ...... one should get used to.
One has to keep his cool and bound himself within the limits of his abilities. Don't miss those roads for a race-track! A slight patch of water/oil or gravel is good enough to kill a Rossi-wannabe.
