i bought the rtr 180 three days back. the idle RPM raises to 2100 rpm sometimes !! I am worried. the ODO is 90Kms till now. When I start the machine, the IDLE is around 1400 but after riding around 10kms the idle raised to 2100. It happened more than thrice, any suggestions?

The idle rpm is not set correctly.Ride a few kms so that the engine gets hot,you will see the 2100 rpm on your tacho,turn the rpm adjuster screw in anti clockwise direction & set it around 1300k.Turn OFF the engine and again start it to check whether its around that 1400+/-rpm.This has to be done ONLY when the engine is suitably hot.Originally posted by Redeemer View Posti bought the rtr 180 three days back. the idle RPM raises to 2100 rpm sometimes !!
