Hey Ponbaarathi

No.
It appears that your brake pads have been long gone, and now the metal is rubbing against the disc plate.
get it checked immediately and avoid using this brake till then.

Now I understand its quite common problem in Thunderbird.

I had the problem with Hazard switch light and got it replaced under warranty. But later again it created problem and now the bike is out of warranty period. The best way is to get it replaced under warranty or else have a separate switch.

Happy 2016 for all!

My TB 350 RVM got broken and I am in the hunt of searching a chrome finish mirror to replace the stock. I was searching for mirror with inbuilt indicator but not found one. Please let me know if anyone know this.

Also I am looking to replace this with Avenger Cruise RVM which have its stem little bent forward and I think it will give a good view while riding.

So please tell me whether Avenger Cruise RVM fits to TB 350.

Update: I had fitted the Avenger Cruise RVM in TB. The view is good but I had to move the handlebar little forward to get a good view of the road. So anyone interested, I suggest try and buy method.

Yesterday i went for a short ride of around 350kms. It is mostly on highways crusing 90-100kmph. I usually ride upto 4 k rpm in 3,4 and 5th gear. Post the ride, i have few observations.
1. The gear lever gives a keech keech noise while shifting.
2. Shifting from neutral to 1 is difficult when bike is stationary, whereas it is a bit easy during motion.
3. I can hear some noise which sounds like rattling caused by some loose screws, in the engine area.. tappet noise may be? (Not sure)
Any solutions??

Gears are hard during the 3k km run it subsides later.
in case of rattling If u suspect the loose bolts try tightening them manually.they are on exhaust below engine.minor tappets noise is there until they get set upto 8k run.if its too high get checked in svc.

Gear shifting is not as smooth as other bikes like r15, etc. Everytime i upshift or downshift fastly, it makes a loud noise. I have to slow down every time while shifting to ensure smooth engaging!

The gearshift becomes smooth..but there is always a slight "khat" noise while shifting. Is it too loud ? and the noise while shifting is common for all RE variants.

That is normal. What do you expect otherwise?

Hey guys, I got delivery of my tb350 on the 10th of August.. Barely have ridden it for 75 kms since the purchase as it gave me too many issues in the first week of purchase itself like fuses going kaput and improper wire connections etc.. The bike had stalled around 3 times in the first 10 days itself post which after getting tough with the showroom and service centre it was all rectified.. Immediately I had to go out of town for work for a span of 2 weeks thus couldn't ride my bike at all.. Even the sudden rains have been a damper.. Now however I have started riding it a bit but a new problem has started... There is a very strong burning smell coming from the engine area after riding the bike for just 2 odd kms everytime.. I am diligently following the run in instructions of not exceeding 50 kmph and 4k rpm... But still the burning smell is pretty strong.. Tried inspecting the bike but everything seems normal... What could be the issue guys? The bike is always covered and kept in a closed parking area... 1st service is up this week but I am pretty paranoid about riding the bike as of now because of this smell as the thought of pushing this bike again incase it stalls again gives me the creeps... Please help!!!

Is there mud or dirt on engine? Smell often comes...or check the bolts on the exhaust cover below engine if they are lose.burning smell comes coz of this.Else also check oil level to be sure.
