        • Gloves anyone?

Sorry if I'm a little off-topic here but I wanted some advice on gloves.

I first had a pair from 'Cramster' but they felt like I was riding with boxing gloves on!! Totally lacked feel. Now have a pair of 'Alpinestars' ( a present - so I don't know the model ) but I still think they lack adequate sensory feedback. Does anyone have any suggestions about a model/pair that are light enough for good grip and feel but still serve the purpose?

I'm seriously tempted to ride without them but I read somewhere that a rider's first point of contact in the event of a shunt is his hands and I'd feel pretty dumb if my hands took a beating when I'm other-wise well protected with my other gear.

Why change: It makes the bike look very very Green....just too much of green. Its an exact colour match.....may be a slightly different green would look better? ok...I wont change until they peel off.....

Where: United Graphix, Naiwala - Karolbagh. Its at the entrace of the Khajanchi lane

I picked up the DSG brand. pretty good so far...quality and comfort wise...I used mine bike w/o gloves for an hour...at high speeds, the handle vibration caused numbness in my hands, which has now considerably diminished...

                          Thanks for the info Sreehari.

Read about Bajaj offering test rides in Pune, good to hear them doing the same here. The other 250 I've ridden being a V-twin, it would be interesting to see how this stacks up.(Plus it would take my mind off not being able to make it to Yercaud !)
