Well the meeting is organized for prospective customers to get together with ninja owners and get a first hand impression of the bike. Test rides are organized at the NICE road after the initial formalities. Sounds like a bit of fun. Lets see how it goes. Will be great to see lots of ninja's parked next to each other.Originally posted by karthik_R View PostOnly for Ninja customers? Why are they offering test rides for ppl who already own one?

Green rims look way overdone. I was thinking of gettin my rims painted green but now i'm gonna forget about it. Bits of black here and there look good on the bike.Originally posted by sheelpriye View PostEdit--added one more pic

Hi All,
I too became a proud owner of a Ninja last week.
I basically hail from Kerala. I have been following this thread ever since it started. This thread has been very informative and it actually cemented my idea of getting a Ninja of my own. Thanks to all your inputs and feedback regarding The Ninja.
I have attached a pic of My Green Kwacker. Have a Nice Day.

^^ you can fit a 150 section max on the stock swing arm. You could experiment with the FZ16 tyre ( 140 section ) to see how it feels, not too expensive also.
@the celebrity - congrats man.

^^ nope man.. even i was searching for something.. so the closest thing that struck me was the FZS rear tyre.. Im waiting to get free so i can try that tyre on the rear.
As long as you are not speeding above 140, i think the soft compound FZ rear tyre would do quite well. ( though im not sure of the max speed rating of the tyre, it should be around 150 kmph ).
Edit - If you put up a fender eliminator, it does make the rear tyre look more puny also.
