Took a half day from office and decided to go to PBK. On the midway to PBK, I decided to take chance as I was having the broken indicator. Went straight to Karol Bagh, where I can get this fixed up. Mechanic there said it would work and then deep breathe, sigh of relief. The indicator bulb just need to be replaced as filment got broken due to the impact.
    Total cost incured Rs. 35 = 15(bulb) + 20(labor).
After that took it to the PBK to have final check. There all worked fine, the minor scratches were easily removed through rubbing and NINJA is back in shape as before though the right indicator vibrates a little more than usual might be due to impact.

I am all fine brother and now NINJA is also going great.
That's great, so all you need to do now is head to the road this weekend, and take that well deserved break for you and the Ninjette.

its 33 for sure. 33ps/11000 rpm means that the maximum amount of power comes up at 11,000 rpm. The bike will rev upto 14,000 rpm but the power output remains 33 bhp...(I learnt that in this very thread )

Just forgot to add here, when today I had gone to PBk for check, got that 'kirrrrr kirrrrr' irritating sound issue at higher rpms also inspected. I told them it could be due to speedometer drive chain, so they lubricated that and also did there examination on front fairing loose bolts and other adjustments.
But, when I had taken the bike for spin the problem persisted. Told the mechanic about this, so he told that this is due body vibration, it will happen as when it touches such rpms fairing starts to vibrate a little and will settle down as you gain a constant rpm.

Guys, is that the case each one of you as told by mechanic ? If not, please guys help me out on this as this sound is really very irritating when you going really fast.

And that Honda City driver ran from there, feeling like killing that *******.
This unfortunately happens all over India. Pune also, has LOADS of such riders and drivers on certain roads that are known for attracting accidents.
From your post it appears that you were unharmed in this collision and lets see it as a positive . Your bike will be good as new once it is taken to the service center and fixed, with a few expenses of course.

This is absolutely not true. Please call up Bajaj company official (whose number would be given to you at the time of bike's delivery) and complain. Alternatively, complain on their website and see the problem go away.

Looks like a nice accessory. Anyone ordered from this site?

Its a microprocessor based circuit so if an IC goes kaput then it could probably lead to other issues. At the most the tail light and blinkers will not work, worst case scenario, the bike will have all sorts of electrical issues, sensors giving incorrect readings, fuses blowing out, etc.

This is what keeps me away from gizmo's like these.

Bike Monkey makes similar tail lamps and are highly sought after/recommended in the US ninjette forums.

Nothing had happened to me brother but was very upset because of this incident as had a broken indicator and some minor scratches. But, now everything is fine, gone to the PBK yesterday and get it all checked and my bike is back in shape as before.

Will be doing that sir but before that going through a round of self checks as if the problem persisted and not rectified, I'll not be having any options left other than escalating the problem.

I understand your concern about escalating the issue but the number of bajaj official is given to you for this specific purpose and I have found that they are extremely responsive to even minor complaints.

Just called the manager at PBK SVC, told him all the concern. So, he told me that come this Saturday and he will look into this issue all by himself and get this issue all done.
Sir, at the time delivery I was only given the no. of the showroom manager and no other no. and was told for any issues you can call the customer care no.

Please call up customer care number and ask for company officer's contact details. Or lodge your complaint on website. Then the company officer will contact you.

The reason why I am asking you to get company officer number is because he would be infinitely more knowledgeable than the workshop manager and if he is not, he can escalate the issue immediately with his seniors (which the workshop manager can't)
