you probably need to get your clutch plates checked for wear and tear and if an adjustment/play adjustment/replacement is required.

This is not an expert opinion, but from a similar experience i faced on a previous bike.

You're pretty much in the race. My monthly rides have reduced to a measly 400 km.

Guys I am facing oil leak issue in my ZMR from long along with tappet issue.I have been to ASC(Sai motors banashankari) many times in the past 1 year and had raised a complaint in Hero forum also.but there has been no change. Almost all the packing are changed everytime but oil is still leaking. @ Divya, do you know any good mech or ASC which can solve the oil leaking issue?.

Tappets need feeler gauge to be adjusted. These mechs use pliers for the same. That is the issue. Get yourself STANLEY feeler gauge and carry it with yourself.
Regarding the leak, where is it from? Post few pics. I have never taken my bike to SVC. Also, I'm far from Banashankari.

Regarding the leak, where is it from? Post few pics. I have never taken my bike to SVC. Also, I'm far from Banashankari.

Initially leak started from the cam chain tensioner window on left top of engine.It was fixed to an extent.Then it started leaking from flywheel inspection window and now from the gear lever too. Tappets were leaking a bit.but much of oil leaking is from the crank inspection window and gear lever. I have changed the rubber washers 2-3 times still the issue is recurring.
Note: issue started after the engine was opened for cam chain and tensioner change, during which even piston was changed under warranty in SVC.

Was the gasket replaced with a new one?

1. My bike idles properly without dying for long periods, but in early morning starts it switches off.
2. No, there is no power loss.
3. Yes, the bike rolls on free plane in gear.

1. Auto choke mechanism may need looking into.
2. Does the battery hold enough charge?
3. Inspect the throttle bodies once as well. (a hunch)

I think it was replaced.One more thing the engine is getting heated a lot.

if you aren't sure, get it replaced again. Engine heating issues depend upon many factors. Air filter condition, oil cooler fins' condition, engine oil, traffic conditions, ambient temperature etc.

Update on Cyclops 3800 Lumen H4 LED bulb - I got it today. 30 days for delivery.

I managed fitting it without opening the fairing and no cuts were needed. Pure plug and play.

Beams adjustment is in progress.

Pics meanwhile, of low beam, high beam - last 4 pics show a) no light, b) pilot lamps, c) low beam with cut off lines and d) high beam with cut off lines.

I've got the similar looking LED for my cbr250r, its 40w H4 and i think 3600 lumen. Its from v16 turbo LED got it locally for 1600-1800 bucks.
So im very interested in knowing how is the light power and spread compare to the one i own.

Please let me know about your light once you get everything sorted up for the led.

Really interested in knowing about how both compare to each other.

Wow, that just looks like a replica of the same bulb I have. The first difference I see is in terms of the bulb's claimed life. Yours says 10k hours, while mine says 25k hours. What is the warranty offered to you?
Regarding light intensity, to be frank I don't know your camera settings. Only side by side comparison would do justice. However, from the pics mine look slightly whiter and the beam spreads better, or maybe you have aimed too far making the area close to the bike getting shadowed.
Let's have @theironhorse99 join our discussion. He has a cyclops on his CBR 250 as well. He'll be the better man to compare the two.

Haha mine doesn't get any warranty[emoji29] or maybe it does and i just didnt ask for it as i think these Chinese products don't come with one.
Yes the shadowy parts in front of the bike is caused by the aiming being slightly ahead because the low beam and high beam doesn't have a difference like normal halogen bulbs, and as i do more of night rides i aimed it that way. Though the shadowy parts are lit up but by less light which could not be seen in the pic. ( my phone camera sucks )
