Regarding light intensity, to be frank I don't know your camera settings. Only side by side comparison would do justice. However, from the pics mine look slightly whiter and the beam spreads better, or maybe you have aimed too far making the area close to the bike getting shadowed.
Let's have @theironhorse99 join our discussion. He has a cyclops on his CBR 250 as well. He'll be the better man to compare the two.
This is the same H4 with 4x XML2 emitters that a lot of Chinese sellers are selling on ebay and aliexpress. It retails for about 30-50USD (depending on the branding). I think that they are mass produced and are then labelled as per convenience, and as often happens, a factory produces an item for a brand and then it's replicated quickly.

I didn't know you had already made this purchase else I would have suggested buying the lower cost H4 LED.
My only issue with these LED bulbs is that compared to halogen, the CRI is much lower (Halogen is nearly 99% CRI) while these LEDs are about 80 to 90% depending on the chip. Perhaps the higher light output makes up for the lower CRI index.

People please don't quote entire post, it gets difficult to read on mobile.

Coming to LED, how's the glare on on-coming traffic? Will it attract attention like HID's ?

+1 quoting entire post makes it really difficult. Yes LED's also produce glare.
Divya Sharan beam throw & intensity looks good. If possible do click picture of light throw/intensity under that street light, it seems to be near as in some photos. how much it costed ?

Divya Sharan ji: So, you got the stuff finally. I am currently running on Bosch 60/55 got for 80 rupees but, not satisfied with its throw and intensity. Hence, considering Philips extreme vision plus 60/55. But, you made me confused now

Hope you were running on Osram NB prior to this LED setup and how would you compare with this LED setup with Osram NB?

Another update: I managed to give my bike for service on last week. Now the starting issue issue is completely resolved (suspected relay fault which was replaced during service).

Total service breakup:

General Service: Rs.450 (no oil change)
Chain Clean and Lube: Rs.110
Starter Relay replace & Labor: Rs.225 + Rs.63
Feedback: So far going good, gear shift has become smoother
Current ODO reading: 12250 kms (with Shell SS oil running for the past 1600 kms)
Serviced at Radha Hero, Tambaram, Chennai

What is best alternative to Nissin pads for front disc? Service people have advised me to replace front disc pad as the pad thickness is very meager and there is possibility of metal pad scratching the rotor disc after couple of kms. But, they stock only hero pads which costs whooping 1250 rupees and so i did not replace.

Can anyone let me know, are there any wheel truing shops in Chennai who does the job using machine (i don't prefer to get this job done by hammering)?

I was using Osram NB till last year. Then it fused. I got Philips Xtreme Vision thereafter. But I found that Osram had better high beam throw. Philips xtreme vision has a better cutoff in low beam but that hardly makes any difference in city.

Now, w.r.t comparision with cyclops LED, there is no comparison. Huuuuuge improvement. I mean, Osram high beam is 1700 odd lumens in intensity, my LED low beam is 1900 Lumen and high beam is 3800 Lumen.

The only thing I shall have to see about, is the performance in rains. These lights however (and thankfully) do not wash away in street lights.

You can use Apache RTR pads. But they will make noise and score the rotor.

Surprisingly, better than HIDs. Also, keeping the traffic in mind I have kept the beam a little low. Else the throw would be more.

I'm currently in my native. Let me reach back and I'll post pics under a street lamp. It doesn't wash away.
If you have someone coming from US, it will cost you $64, else if you get it shipped like I did, expect $110+.

Well brothers, I will be in for a short vacation to India this week. I gave away my ZMR to my brother in law last year when I left for the USA. He has been using it sparingly. I've missed riding any kind of 2 wheeler for a year now. So planning to make the most of it.

for each any every genuine bulb they make anywhere after proper testing within a matter of months there are chinese replica available at a fraction on cost . no doubt about that however the diffrence comes in the actual lumens and life of the bulb.

i would like owner to post the pic of the fan behind the bulb. i would like to see what kind of fan is there.

above all CREE makes about 20 diffrent types of bin and another 20 different types of LED that can go into it.
i agree there are chinese lights available for much lower cost but then for headlamp these is no 2 thought about getting the best one.

i am not trying to a comparo as without a lumen meter its impossible to compare the rated lumens.

So im very interested in knowing how is the light power and spread compare to the one i own.

This is the low beam

This is High beam

Please let me know about your light once you get everything sorted up for the led.

Really interested in knowing about how both compare to each other.

Hi ZMRians,
As we have discussed earlier, Divya has said about reducing vibrations by changing swingarm rubber bushes and rear footrest rubber bushes. Here in Coimbatore I have checked with ASC and they are saying there is no stock, also they are not accepting booking amount for the parts and refusing to place order as there is no supply. Also other major 2 wheeler spares shop don't have it. They too not confirming my order placement. Now what can I do?
