what do you mean it doesn't start?? Can you give us some more symptoms your bike shows??

I opened that outer aluminum covering it s litle bit tough but its done. Then i open its motor present inside that covering and changed its bush. Which was almost torned.and resealed by fixing sone araldite

Can you check the fuse? The bike cranks but doesn't start eh?

another question. On turning the Ignition on, does the Fuel Pump make some sound for a second? touch the fuel pump to see if there it powers up

Check 3 things

Air
Ignition
Fuel

In that order

Since you opened fuel pump, check the connectors once again , one of them is loose hence it is not providing any signal to pump.

Yes all of its fuses are ok nd pump is properly noising for 3-4 sec with a very little vibration while touching it..

2 days back it starts up but does not picking up a throttle. Then i choked its silencer with my finger tightly thel it picks throttle. But but afer few minutes it stops automatically

Air pump fuel is all fine.
Even i directly inject the fuel from fi in to yhe engine thoug my zmr is not starting

I am starting to think there is a loose connection from ignition coil.. It is located under the Tank..

Then check if you are getting spark

Hello people!
Heading out for my first long ride on the Zmr on 24th.
Heading towards Jhanjheli in Mandi district, HP, for a 4-day, 1200kms ride.
Have changed oil, tightened the chain, changed the spark plug, removed the lower faring, and preped the bike for the ride.
Will post pics on return.
Suggestions welcome if there's anything I need to take care of.
Excited!!

BTW, how much oil does the sump take? I poured in 1L but the dip-stick just kisses the wet. Doesn't the manual say 1L? Should I pour in some more? How much?

1.1 L for an oil change, 1.35 L when you open the clutch assy as well (after engine/clutch work).
1 L would do fine too. Just keep monitoring the dipstick levels regularly.

I have filled 1L of Motul 7100. I'm unable to find the same grade now to add the required 100ml. Can I top up with Motul 5100?
