i am loosing paint under the karizma sticker where the panel starts...and it seems as if the paint is getting worn off in the wind direction...its really weird..
for that part to replace u ll have to order the part ...if u want to paint it then the same procedure...they ll remove and repaint and stuff...it will come under warranty as the paint is wearing off...
a short cut will be if u can go and get touch up spray on paint...it comes in a can and come in many many colors...get the white on and spray it on the worn out part....but before that cover ur karizma sticker!

mine is at the corners above tail light. only dots are seen in black on white paint.

yes it is noticeable. at least to me

get the touch up paint...no need to replace the whole panel or repainting it from HH....time consuming!

I am from Pune. I am reading this thread since past 6 month, when I was doing research for buying new bike.

Now I own ZMR (Yellow) since past 1 month and recently completed 800 KM and first servicing.

I enjoy reading all the updates on this thread. So I log on to this thread once in week.

Now few queries.
1) I want to change bulb to higher capacity - which one should i go for and will that cause any adverse effect on battery (because battery is only 7 AMP and not 9 AMP).

Yes. Go for philips or osram.

2) I face weird problem of seat getting unlocked (from day one) when i am riding bike with no pillion. after driving 1 or 2 KMs seat locks comes off automatically and when i park the bike if i forget to push the seat back, then it remains unloacked state. HH guys were not able to solve the problem at first servicing.

3) Rear disk break is too soft compares to front, so should I ask service guy to check that? so that both break operate in similar fashion when pressed.

4) Is there any way to set headlight beam position? High beam is too short currently.

Refer to manual, it is described there.

6) Anyone using ZMR remote? I want to install it for safty.

Avoid that, will eat up your battery.

Can you please share the pics of this problem. Will give us a better understanding of the paint issue.

chill...if u see my paint u ll faint! ur little dots can be touched up and fixed! mine is pretty noticeable!

i know yaar but it should not be there in a bike worth 1lac 7 thousand. even my 10 years old pulsar didnt faced this type of problem. and my zmr is just 1 months old.

Relax Mzee its not such a big problem that you'll need to re paint.
Its ok you'll get adjusted to it after sometime.
Even I have got a few minor scratches due to knee guard but it is alright.
But your paint quality looks dull it seems it is creamish rather than white.
