Metal sound?? Are you sure it is not knocking sound from piston or crank shaft?? How much has your bike done?? Which oil do you use? Any reduction is mileage??

Maybe no. That's because the model of the bike isn't printed on the label. But who knows, it may have a different part number and may actually be cheaper! :|

One of my friend who has a ZMR quoted his mechanic saying RTR clutch plates are a direct fit on the ZMR.. is this true?? also he got the Karizma's (Read Karizma R) sprocket kit for 800/- from ASC whereas when I got the sprockets changed, it cost me 1200/- including labor charges.. are the sprockets of Karizma cheaper than the ZMR sprockets??

Well, ZMR's sprockets retail for 930 odd in Bangy! You were ripped.
No idea on clutch plates, haven't yet changed them so.

Experiencing another problem now after shifting to hid yesterday my father told me its beam is very high up
That time it was on dipper
Is there any way I can adjust the beam without opening the headlight unit again

Really its blinding for the oncoming traffic I myself checked it by switching that on and observed that from a distance of around 20 steps

Yes there is.. You will need a screwdriver.. and the beam adjusting screw which moves the reflector up and down is located on the left side... Let me see if I can get you a photo to understand it better..

if you look into that hole (alternately you can remove this cover which is covering the Speedometer) you will find the adjust screw or bolt (in my case I have a screw. I will upload the pic of the headlight assembly after I reach home..

Meanwhile, I am quoting an old post

Rotating the above mentioned screw/bolt clockwise or anticlockwise will move the reflector up and down which in turn will move your projector up and down to help get the focus.

                          Hope this helps

                          Cheers,
