Yes, they have applied sufficient grease and a new one was installed. I was standing in front while doing this. The balls are damaged so no point of adjustment.

Get SKF bearings next time if you didn't go for them earlier. Also, see if the cone adjusting nut is tightened well and there would be a play once the racers set in.

Should I get skf bearings from outside or ask at hero itself? I just bought from hero spares.

AFAIK, Hero uses SKF. So that shouldn't be a problem then.
Maybe [MENTION=28527]sibun[/MENTION] can throw some light here.

Guys, it takes two to three tries to start the engine these days. What could be the reason? Spark plug? I do not remember when i changed it. Maybe more than 10-12k kms back. I hope its the spark plug and not a serious issue..

It looks like spark plug issue.. check the air filter box as well. What if there is some blockage??

Check the plug and plug cap. Replace both if needed. Rains maybe the cause.

Spray wd 40 wait for one night, on morning give mild tapping on the screw head and unscrew... it will open

I damaged the groove. Now the screw driver is slipping. applied zorrik anyway.. Will try tomorrow.

Use a wide rubber band to cover the head of the screw.. use the screw over the rubber band and unscrew..

Any elastic cloth material will also do..

4 stray dogs crossed suddenly out of nowhere.. :banghead: I managed to dodge three but the last one was just too fat. Had no choice but to go hit it head on.. My splendor's front wheel went over its torso, I managed to fall to the right.. Knees and elbows bruised. Nothing to worry
