That is why I cancelled both P135 after booking and rejected the idea of getting a P200NS, Bajaj sucks at making decisions. May I know what color P135 do you have and what color is written on RC? I'm thinking about ordering a new panel kit and fitting on a red black bike.

Bajaj doesn't necessarily suck at making decisions but they have a "novel" approach to marketing. My baby is Passion Red dude. It just says RED on the RC Book.
OT: Have you seen the GP editions of the Pulsar stallions that Bajaj is currently marketing overseas???

I have seen them before but they don't look like they are worth the price.
2,80,000 rupees for P135, could you believe that?

Anybody with a red black cocktail wine red bike? What color is mentioned in RC?

Does anyone here has oil leak problem ? My bike has done 26K Kms so far. The gasket head cover was replaced. But the problem still persists.

Exactly from where is it leaking?
            Can you post some pics?

Yes yes. I'll post the pics. My phone has gone for service :P. It oozes out from head cover. I see thats quite common for pulsars. I changed the gasket head cover. The leak looks something like this. The picture is for reference only.

Yes it seems that oil is leaking from head cover.
What is the condition of all bolts on cover?

Open and inspect again, don't replace gasket again. After opening wipe out the oil where gasket seats using a clean cloth.
                Carefully inspect everything.
If all good then fix it back properly.
Can't say much, never experienced such thing, it might be with bolts.

Everything was good when i opened the cover. I will give it a try one more time. And do they use sealant paste when installing head cover ? does anyone know about that here?

It's a rubber gasket, so sealant is not used generally. But to control the leakage it can be applied if nothing works.

Have you overfilled engine oil? Check the conditions of the head cover bolts and get them torqued properly, I will check out the service manual and update this post with the torque values.

IMO overfilling shouldn't cause leakage from the bolts/head (unless not tightened properly). In my bike (and I presume all) the excess blow-by oil is seen in the air filter box.
                        Got a $5 head? Get a $5 helmet.

Yeah, you get the excess oil out through the crankcase ventilation but in case of overfilling, oil tends to seep through the gaskets, especially since P135LS uses dry cut cork gasket instead of molded silicone gasket in the head cover.

The engine oil was changed to Motul fully synthetic 3000kms before. The leak was worse with old gasket. After replacing it has been reduced by 80%. But a slight amount of leak is still persistent after riding for about 10-20kms.

you'll mention the torque values , but how to actually get the torque right ? (torque wrench ? , i saw it on wheeler dealers...)

Yes a torque wrench is required.
