    im confused of various oils
i want a good oil to increase smoothness , performance and avoid vibrations
kindly suggest me with cost of oil please friends
Dont tell me you used the same oil for 7200km
    Use any 20w40, 20w50, 15w50 oil,
Yes its good tochange the filter and very important too, but submerge the filter in fresh engine oil for 1 hour before use,
Use 1 liter engine oil for the engine,
Motul 3000, motul 3100 gold, motul 7100, motul 300v all are good for the pulsar ranges, in the above grade that is.

        You love your engine then,
But yeah dont go by the kms you cover on the oil, as soon as you feel its rough with respect to engine sound gearshifts etc change it
7100 will drop in level so you wil need extra bottle to top it up and keep checking it every 700-1000km for level, it can last a good bike about 5000km
        Price is 680 odd bucks,
        Chennai availability not sure bro.
But if I were you id stick to motul 5100 dusing summers (ss) and go with 7100 winters (shouldn't drop in level or should drop very less)

Hi guyzz....so its time that i have my rear tire replaced as it has grown quite bald.

I am thinking of going tubeless this time.
Any of you have any experience if this can be done or not..if yes which tire would you advice.

              Waiting on your reply guyzz..

              Thanks in advance.

Take a look at MRF zapper.
It provides good grip on dry as well as wet roads. And if you are using eurogrip tyres, MRF Zappers are a good upgrade in terms of quality and road grip.
They should be available in both tubeless and tube versions.
can't tell you the exact price but it should cost about 1800 to 2500 bucks.
Choose the one that suits your needs.
I would like to thank my legs for supporting me, my arms for being always by my side and my fingers; I could always count on them.

As a matter of fact my P135 came with stock MRF Zapper tyres from the begining.
Although i feel that they are reliable on dry roads but i am not sure about on wet roads.
I have had a few spills in the previous rainy season.

So i am basically a MRF fan but is there a better gripping tyre in MRF itself. I am not aware of these things as i am going for the tyre change for the first time.

                  Thanks in advance.

Ok then, your other options include pirelli's if you want superior grip but they are a bit hard to get in some places. that is why I suggested MRFs coz they are easily available. Ceat's are a good option too. Michelin's are a bit expensive but worth the money. Check out which ones are available and compare the costs. Try to avoid TVS and Eurogrips, the Pulsar 200NS have them from the factory and they have no grip in dry or wet roads whatsoever. Choose the one that suits you the best.

Man pirellies are very costly and hard to source atleast for me.. get an r15 v1 rear tyre and r15 v2 front tyre. both mrf makes. You will love them. Guarenteed.

Ofcourse they will, they are tubeless 17 inchers... front is 90/17 and rear is 100/17 I suppose your stock size.. but the grip is phenomenal

                          • Pulsar 135LS shocks

                            Hey Guys,

Just bought a Pulsar 135 LS. Awesome bike and wonderful to ride!! I just wanted a few suggestion regarding suspension. Currently, the bike has Telescopic front fork with antifriction bush (Stroke 130 mm) and NitroX gas-filled rear shockers with 105 mm wheel travel. I wanted to change both the suspensions, front and rear. Preferably mono shox at the rear.

Can you guys give me some suggestions on which suspensions I can go for and its pros and cons.

                            I'd really appreciate it guys.

                            Regards,
                            Z'yang.

Please don't try fitting a monoshock at the rear. Some members in the past have tried this experiment on various bikes, but the outcome has been less than satisfactory. The bike is a monoshock only in looks, as the weld joints are too weak to let the suspension work properly and also there is a very high risk of it coming apart while riding.

Enjoy your motorcycle in its stock form and you would be happy

Thanks a ton dude. Since the bike is kinda "nude", what mods do you suggest? Nothing major, a few add-ons here and there.
