    Hi guyzz,

I just heard a devastating news...its not sure but i heard that maybe from next year our beloved P135 may be discontinued. I don't even know why they would even think of that.
    But this is absolutely crazy.

Change your engine oil around 1800km so that the life of u r bike increase and opt for mrf tyre they are priced good and provided you good grip.
Regarding engine oil you should be opt for veedol, elf, gulf, and the best motul 3100 gold or semi synthetic 5100.

Been some time since i wrote something here...

So its been 3 years with my baby pulsar and its still going strong....it had some hiccups along the way but nothing major...had to change my battery for the first time since i bought it yesterday...
So everything is back to working condition...

Monsoons have started and now i have to look after my baby more carefully...chain being open and all..

Anyway still enjoying my ride...hope you guys are too..

i have been using Michelin "pilot - sporty" for past one year.( previously fitted with stock eurogrip tires, but they had a down side on wet grip.) no problems yet provide superior wet grip. but what i felt was it sticks too much to the road. you will feel it for sure. but as far as i know .... thats safe...

Yes, I can vouch for this. Had used the Pilot Sporty on my previous ride (P135 LS), grip, especially wet grip, during the rains was quite good.

                  Hello Guy's,

my bikes in its 5th year now, been a roller coaster ride. Neway a new issue has crept in, when i turn the key on the speedo lights on initially but later goes blank, i have to rotate the key 2-3 times for it to light up and start. When i press the electric start button the starter motor rotates and starts the bike but there are erratic clicking noises from the starter relay/solenoid. Last time i used the electric start it reset my trip meter to zero? Could the battery be bad? or the starter solenoid? a loose connection ? bad fuse? bad ground? or anything else besides these? perhaps a faulty engine kill switch?
Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handlebars to the saddle.

                    Hi,

I had this same issue and it was caused because my battery was bad....it was time to change anyway...after i switched to a new battery everything was solved.

But in your case also take care if there is some loose connection or not. Better have it checked immediately.

                    Hi Guyzz,

I know this question has been asked many times in the forum but here i am again .

I am fed up of the engine oil that these SVC guyz pt in our engine. Its just is not smooth.
So guys i need to know which is the optimum engine oil which is easily available too and give maximum smoothness to our ride.

My P135 is 3 yrs old so i want to change to another engine oil....maybe synthetic oil...i am not sure.

Need ur help here guyzz....any advice would be great.

                    Thanks in advance.

Try motul 3100 or 300v or valvoline premium 4t. Stick to the recommended oil grade and ratings.

                          hi guys
i need help with my pulsar 135 ls, i,ve done 2 services so far with 3500 km on odometer,
few months ago, after riding my bike for few kms i used to hear a ticking noise from the engines, to be exact from the black fins area
i took it to the svc, they told me that pappet ( i guess it is what they call a cam and shaft) setting is loose and that they will tighten it in my next servicing which is at 4500 km, they say it is nothing i should be worried about, as they always say, it is their standard excuse to dodge work
but now the ticking noise has increased somewhat and noticable even when the engine is cold
is this something i should be worried about, or what the svc guys say is right ?
tell me a few details if you can, thanks in advance

If it is tappet sound, it is not a problem. You can safely it. Does it sound like tick-tick-tick and in sync with the bike's rpm? If yes, it is tappet noise.

                              thanks mate
it is a tik-tik sort of noise, it increases with increase in rpm, and is more noticable when the engine is hot
