Well their isn't much space inside, but a little adjusting can do the job! Trial n errorOriginally posted by ns2115 View Postis it possible to put 220's headlight unit (without the whole fairing) in our 135ls?
try setting up the projector n reflector side by side. It was done by Pavan Chirmade on his pulsar 180. You can contact him on the forum for details

Hello to all the owners of Pulsar 135LS!
I have joined xBhp recently and I am looking forward to learning from you guys, sharing my experiences with you and also pester you with my queries.
I purchased my Pulsar 135LS (Plasma Blue) in February 2012 from Utkal Bajaj, Rourkela. Mine was the 1st Blue 135LS in town and was a head-turner from the day I got the delivery of the bike. Many passerby's asked me about the bike's handling & mileage and this resulted in better sales for Utkal Bajaj as confirmed by their sales manager. Even though many of my friends advised me to go for the Pulsar 150, I am really glad that I stuck to 135LS.
I have clocked around 5200kms on my Pulsar and the experience till now has simply been thrilling. I am a fan of its light weight, superb handling, smaller turning radius, ability to cut through traffic & zoom ahead of other bikes, even the 150! The feeling above 80kmph is unbelievable. According to me, the Onida tagline "Neighbor's envy, Owner's pride" is very apt for the Pulsar 135LS.
Though my experience with my bike has been largely problem-free, I would like to have your views on a issue which is troubling me. While riding when I pass over loose gravel or small pieces of stone, the rear tyre shows a tendency of skidding. Although I have never skidded completely, this worries me. I believe this is due to the tyre(MRF Zapper C). I am thinking of changing the rear tyre to MRF MotoD, but not sure.
What do you guys think?

Re: Pulsar 135 LS
I too have faced the same issue
... I think is pretty normal as the tire doesn't have proper grip on loose surface and so tends to skid if bike is accelerated quite quickly. I tried to accelerate slowly and it works...

Re: Pulsar 135 LS
can any one tell me how to stop auto-choking?
I think thermal sensor is gone. it chokes whenever i start the engine. so i couldn't switch off the engine even in traffic signal and leaving it idling for more than 3 min some times.
i just gave a try by disconnect wire behind engine (which connects thermal sensor i guess). but no use.
I had a fight with service center guys and not willing to face them again. i approached few local mechanics but they didn't know about this sensor, it seems. they were trying to adjust the idle speed screw beneath fuel tank.
i dont need a choke really.
Expecting help from you guys.

Disconnecting thermal sensor wire mean turn on auto choke forever.
To disable auto choke, you have to connect that thermal sensor's wire to ground. (engine body)
Sensor resistance decrese when engine heat up. sensor has around 2.4K resistance when engine cold (30C) when I test it from my P135.
resistance was around 1.2K when engine heated to 75C

Re: Pulsar 135 LS
Hi xbhpians,
i am Himanshu and I am a proud owner of my new bajaj pulsar 135 LS Plasma blue variant, i got it yesterday and rode it for 45 kms till now, earlier to that i was riding a 2011 LML SELECT 4, i am a working professional so one fine day i thought that being 26 years of age i should be riding a bike but not the scooter so i made my mind to get a bike for myself from my hard earned money. A lot of options came into my mind:
1. Yamaha SZR - A nice looking bike and neat build with strong appearance but when i saw that analog console and heard about its less mileage even after tuned fz unit for mileage its giving 40-45 kmpl i was confused that whether looks means everything to me or performance suiting my pockets.
2. Hero Ignitor - I will say that its a good option if someone is looking for reliability with a good honda unit and 5 years hero promise for warranty. But i wasnt in favour of high tail of ignitor as i am short in height 5'6 and didnt go for this too.
3. Honda Stunner - The Honda Stunner is cheaper in price than the ignitor but still honda is playing with its premium status and brand value that even honda stunner is not available and one has to wait for 25 days to get the bike after the order has been placed. I am impatient so waiting period is a big NO for me.
4. Pulsar 135 ls - I was in a big dillema about its poor service centres and the incapabilities of the new dtsi engine that is prone to issues as per the user reviews and few mechanics around my town, so it was no where in my list earlier. NOW i have one ;-).
Yesterday i woke up and decided to get a bike and first i visited HONDA to see CB trigger, I was amazed to see that machine, rode it for few minutes and laid my heart on it, then for the sake of my hard earned money before giving it to someone i thought to test the last option that i ignored earlier and went to test ride pulsar 135 which wasnt planned and after a few minutes ride i parked the test ride vehicle outside the showroom, went straight to the sales person and asked him to get me my new pulsar 135 today and surprisingly he had 2-3 pulsars 135's available there, i completed all the formalities and rode my 135 home, i will post some pictures of my plasma blue 135 ls and give a detailed ownership experience as and when i will get time.
Pros of pulsar 135 compared to rest of them : 4 VALVE- 135, 13.5 bhp and aggressive acceleration and outstanding handling, and most important a VFM product.
