Mine is UG. The guard is already split & ready to wash your back with mud.Originally posted by pulsAr135 View Post
Exactly. Pillion will get mud splash all over his/her back.Originally posted by subrata View Post
Only problem I face till now is the lust to resist the bike under 70kmph(in traffic & daily use). No other problems till now.Originally posted by subrata View Post
Most of the indian bikes dose't need FS.Originally posted by vrugonnab View PostWith Great Power, comes Great Responsibilities .....

Yep, P135 lanched here around july this year and I own one of the first 10 bikes lanched hereOriginally posted by vrugonnab View PostHey buddy.. you live in Sri Lanka!! I wasn't aware that P135LS is launched there
ya.. you are right.. logically P135LS doesn't need FS.. i'll check about cost of SS here in Bangalore.. by the way.. how many kms does SS do before changing it.. (I've already completed 7k on my bike.. so.. looking to change to SS now)
. They launched the upgraded P135, the split mud guard type here. Almost all bikes launched in india have launched here as well, but no R15 here yet!
I have used SS for about 1.5k kms and the oil still seems great! I think it can do about 3-4k kms before it changed! I used to change FS in my Yamaha WRX in 4-4.5k kms!
Yep, 7k is pretty ok to switch to SS! You will feel increased smoothness for sure

A very good and safe biker not only because he can pop up either of the wheels, scrape his knees on a corner or go fast and make it look stylish but because he very well knows his limits and capabilities and has the patience to learn about others and ride safe ! :)

I love to be on two wheels man!!Originally posted by vrugonnab View PostHey Dan.. launched in July & you have already completed 8k kms.. you are riding a lot everyday then!! I'm using for last 8 months and completed just above 7k kms!!.. happy riding
Nope, I don't ride a lot in everyday only for about 10kms a day, But I take this bike for long rides, really long rides. Almost every weekend I go for a tour! I am a freelance wildlife photographer, so can't help it
. I love for what I am!
But I must say that this bike is not for touring at all! You will get back pain and shoulder pain for sure! But I cusioned the seats and changed the seating posture, now it is fairly comfortable.
Let alone the comforable factor, the fun factor is more evident. The more you rev this bike, the more it gives you. Above 6-7k rpm, this bike is a breeze! That's why I don't mind using this bike for my long rides.

just removed the rear hugger...
well frankly speaking the bike looks awful from rear,..its too compressed..
very neat n sexy from sides...
maybe a p150 mud flap can do some draping..
and yea.. wet roads=free paintjob fr ur shirts...
Who cares anyway!
Another thing i wanted to share... I am going for a custom fitted p220 projector...
will have an angel eye fixed on it.
it already has a 55w lamp so cutting on HID costs..
i'll keep the forum updated ASAP..~*~*~*Wear Gear, Ride Safe*~*~*~

So much going on the forum, almost lost my touch with forum.
Dont know what is practical use all the things which they teach in engineering.
Yeah I too hardly drive my bike below 70, its just becoming so normal now.
Recently changed my engine oil form BAJAJ DTSI-10000 to MOTUL 3000,
people I dont know how BAJAJ has recommended this oil for 10k km.
One more thing the oil was 1l can so its just above the lowest mark, so should I fill more to make it up-to the half mark.

Bajaj DTSI 10000 is not an oil invented by Bajaj R&D its sourced from Castrol
MOTUL is better one you can use it for at least 2000 kms check oil weekly once and change it if requiredSarcasm is my automatic response to stupidity
Currently Using Gusto |Enfield Bullet 500 | Ecosport Titanium+ Diesel

No need to fill more oil than 1l coz it is the recomended oil capacity when refilling for P135! It is well over the lowest mark anyway!Originally posted by suhail View PostOne more thing the oil was 1l can so its just above the lowest mark, so should I fill more to make it up-to the half mark.
