Guys my bikes fairing is not making nosie but the area below the digital meter is making much noise at the highspeeds. and also today when i was driving my bike suddenly i had seen the speedo i was shocked tht my bikes neutral indicator is on whts wrong with my bike???

The OKS451 is overall the best chain spray I've seen so far, I find it better than the Motul chain spray too as it attracts lot lesser dirt.

Thats the same relay that there on the 220Fi too, you're bike must be from the older lot and hence must have had a different relay. I've had that relay for about a year now.

You need to get your fairing opened at the svc center and then padded with double sided tape.

Was this neutral indicator thing just a one-off issue or is it happening repetitively?

since from 1 yr i didnt face this issue yesterday is the 1st time i had seen this miracle what might be the problem????

So guys which 1 is better MOTUL CHAIN SPRAY or OKS 451????

my fairing too vibrating much more..the mech said tht some screws were untighened a bit..can someone help with pics of this spots on fairing..or some pics of double sided tape..dunno where to apply them

prafultripathy: i thought at last i got DTSI one..nyhow.let it be..did u faced any problem wid it?n do current DTSI version have same relay ?

It's the same on DTSi and on older Pulsars as well. The best part is, the Plastic Relay was an upgrade from the metallic one since UG3, but because of problems i was discontinued and hence reverted back to the old one.

P150/180 Classic too has the same relay! The more things change, the more they remain the same!

PBK guys are worst people

Here in HYDERABAD PBK the service center guys are cheating the people by recommending normal OKS chain spray which is not at all suitable for our 'O' ring chains

guys like monty bhai my bike is also vibrating like hell around fairing...
plz help with the location of the screws and the bolts which should be tightened..and where padding should be done...(i have to do this myself since pbk people here=crap.i have to visit there at least 3 time to get this done)

also i noticed a weird tuck tuck sound from front shock absorber when depressed..

plz help....

can anyone provide useful link differentiating normal chains and 'o' ring chains.. plz..

Sak8 the tak tak sound is proberbly cause the clipon is alightly loose just tighten the allen bolt that is there where the clip on meets the shock absorber

My Fairing used to vibrate too...I taped it myself....not a single rattling noise after that...

the most obvious parts of vibrating are

a) just under ur headlamp, near the no plate bolting area, there is a flat flexible piece of plsatic... i removed it and taped the sides...
b) just next to oil coooler , there are small plastic caps..on whichits written "oil cooled" ..... that vibrates.. i tightened it...
c) fairing as a [{WHOLE}] vibrates.... i somehow managed to loosen the fairng screws, and put little pieces of taping.... .
d ) two other very very obvious places of vibrating are , front "air intake like" openings covered with a plastic mesh.... this piece of mesh can be removed b pulling it out carefully.. or u'l damage hooks ...
preferably can be done wen u remove the flat plastic coverng near no. plate area...
next is the side air vents on the fairing.......

thats all i managed to find vibrating on my bike

I have a small problem..... Yest i had gone to test ride the new dtsi.... i rode it for a small stretch... it had done 3kms on the odo... and they had disconnected the speedo..

never mind...

the bike is really silent compared to my 09 fi ...... y do i feel this way? the rear brakes are really responsive... a good press brings the bike to a dead halt with a heavy pillion( without the use of front brakes).. My bike on the other hand is really giving me a bad impression in front of it...doesnt stop how and when i want it to... i have this problem since i got my bike...all that pbk does is they clean the pads with a sand paper like material and say it'l get back to normal...i wanna kno if my rear disc assembly( excluding disc) can be changed if its giving me a poor response as such... can i get it done free ?? been 4months after i got my bike....


m even having a weird noise from my bore ..most of the time hissing( i figure must be spark plugs) , other times a typical kat kat kat sound( i never stress the engine) ..friends say they fear its a problem with the engine... what do i do ?
