Well, earlier news on Bike India, suggested a Full Black theme, carbon fibre "TYPE" exhaust, 6 gears, 1-2 more bhp, etc.whts with the pulsar 2009 edition?something new is coming up or just a mix and match again
The most important thing it needs, in respect of competition (YZFR --??) is improvement in transmission efficiency & 6 gears.

Some magazine reported that Bajaj was testing a 6 geared P220 when the R15 was launched. Yes, I do not expect every tested variant to go into the assembly line.. .but that definitely was reported and was discussed here on xBhp before the server crash.Originally posted by groupbhp View PostComment

Guys....A funny incident happened with me today....My friend got a R15 and we both went on for a trip to the rural part of the town....In a village where we stopped there were lots of people (especially young kids) who came close and touched and felt our bikes.....The comment that the two bikes got were
"Yeh wali badi Puulsar hain...Chacha ke pass jo hain lal vali usse bade wali....bahut bhagti hain" etc etc
While the R15 owner was left red-faced with the following commeny
"Yeh to Dhoom wali Nakli Bike hain"
I couldnt stop laughing at this comment.....Comment
