HH guys say that the settings are factory default and they changing them isnt a good idea as it will screw the mileage

why do you suggest to change clutch and acclerator cable??and what would be the costs of these 3 spares(clutch and cables)
i am on a tight budget
after having ridden 15k kms , u should see the how a new accelator cable responds you will be pleasantly surprised atleast clean up clutch cable using perol...

this is for smoother operation and new like operation....
get the carb cleaned if u wish just ask them not to touch the air screw setting on the same

    • Update - 36850 km

Hi guys recently got my bike serviced at 36,850 km

      Things that have been replaced..
      1.Engine oil - Motul 300V fully synthetic - Rs-895
It,s a 10W40 rated oil but cant se JASO MA anywere in the list, any idea why??
      2.Front Disc Pads - Rs 350
The bite is really gud from my previous pads and it give a lot more confidence as well.A gud and cheap alternative to the original one which i believe will cost you around 1200+rs
3.LED Parking Lights - Bought it just too improve the Looks and it does looks cool and was bored with those small bulbs. - Rs 220(Pair)
4.Air Filter Replaced - I am not too sure if it,s a original one but the packing does gives that kinda impression and i do trust my mech..
      - Between Rs(350-450) Not too sure
5.Speedo Wire - Got it replaced since it was damaged. It was a stock one and got it replaced for the first time.Quite reliable parts though.

Overall the bikes performance has increased a lot,now it vibes less high speeds and it feels a lot smother and gear shift is butter smooth.Pick is also increased.
One of the main problems that i have been faving is the broken plastic panels at the back.(both the side and the tail light panel)Got a solution for that and trust me i think it will last longer than a ELFY or M-SEAL.will share the pics to clarify.

Any one else using the same engine oil???

                  • Total clutch assembly includes Clutch plates, steel plates, and clutch bell. Clutch bell is quite pricey. Generally only clutch plates are replaced and sometimes steel plates. If you replace only clutch plates it would cost around 1300 bucks and along with steel plates it would be around 1600.

With normal riding clutch plates would last around 40k. Clutch plates may go for a toss if you do frequent stunting and drags. It all depends on the riding conditions. Excessive city riding would result in faster wearout of clutch plates.

Guys, i fixed my RTR's battery (9amp, Amaron MF battery) in the zma as i could'nt find a 7amp nattery for it. No stock available anywhere. whats surpirising is that even with new battery(a month old) the console light still dims when ever i swtich on the idicators or when i engage the brake. Is this normal?

                              • From the past few days I am experiencing a weird problem.

When I turn on the bike the console sometimes does not work and it starts working after sometime.

And the tripmeter is getting rested every time.

I have a brand new Excide 9 amps batttery fitted and normal halogen lamp with dual bosch horns.
